Centura Mercy Hospital is a great Hospital. The staff is excellent.From the time you check for any appointment to the time you leave the hospital whether your having x-rays to mri the and nurses and tech are kind understanding considerate and the Doctors,when having any type of Procedure Everything runs smoothly And anything you need or want They provide ,to make you comfortable I've been going there since 2019 for all my medical issues that started and never once have I been concerned about getting the best care possible. My husband had out patient surgery a few days ago. Excellent, excellent patient care from the pre op nurse to the anesthesiologist to post op nurse and of course his surgeon, Dr Cain, and OR staff. I am grateful and impressed. Thank you!

If you're going to need medical attention make sure you're near this hospital! I'm not the easiest of patients and it's an understatement to say I hate hospitals. While on vacation from Arizona I woke up with severe disorientation and dizziness not knowing if I was going through something serious or not. I was admitted to the hospital overnight while going through several tests, thankfully it turned out to be nothing serious. The entire staff from the nurses, MRI staff to the doctors listen to the patient while providing impeccable care, even the pharmacy was amazing! Special thanks to Dr. Tonya Anderson prior to discharge, she was awesome and followed up with test results. This hospital is well organized and dedicated to serve the patient and what is in the patient's best interest.

I cannot say enough great things about Mercy Hospital. As a retired nurse of 45 yrs, I know good from bad and this facility is TOP NOTCH. From the ED to the Med/Surg floor all the nurses, CNAs, housekeeping, security and every employee in between treated me with respect, dignity and provided privacy. There was only one bad apple(sad, there's always one) a surgeon(name rhymes with carona) who belittled me, verbally tore me down and would not leave me alone when I refused his care. My surgeon, Dr. Millward was fantastic as well as my hospitalist, Dr. Brown. I would recommend Mercy hospital to anyone who wants excellent care!

The radiology tech we saw today (and have seen once before) was nothing short of awesome. Such a great bedside manner with my teenage daughter. They got us in quick for the test, completed it efficiently, but we felt genuinely taken care of by a human - not rushed through the hospital system. Appreciated. Bravo!

I was at Mercy for 7 weeks with Covid and spent 2 weeks on a ventilator. The entire staff was PHENOMENAL🌟 and I was INCREDIBLY🤩 Impressed with their care, love and support. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for them. Thank You to all the Fantastic humans who work and volunteer at Mercy❤ I’m so very Proud of and Grateful to each and every one of you💗💖❤

A way better experience than I could have ever expected for an emergency visit to a hospital. While the wait times were longer than I’d hoped, so much of that is beyond their control based on the volume of patients and I get that.

Each member of their team I interacted with though was incredible to work with and made the visit so much less daunting than I was expecting going into it.

While I hope I don’t have to make an emergency visit again in the future, I’m grateful they made the visit as welcoming as possible. Thank you!

Dr. Matthew Smith was very knowledgeable, answered all questions thoroughly with a very positive attitude! The nursing staff was so friendly and attentive especially Kelly. I was taken care of very well. Only one slight issue--I was given 2 Oxycodone for pain in the recovery room and it was simply too much for my system to handle well.

I received the 1st of 8 infusions on August 17. I was a bit nervous and was quickly put at ease by the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, professional, and understanding. They work as a team. My 3 hour stay from check-in through the 1hour monitoring period following the infusion went by quickly and was completely stress-free. Thumbs up to an outstanding staff!

My experience was excellent! The only drawback was quite a delay on getting into Surgery. I realize, of course, that those things do happen. However it did not ruin my experience. Everyone one was polite, friendly and attentive to my needs. They always smiled and put me at ease. I did not have any ‘pre-surgery’ jitters. ALL of the Staff acted professionally and made sure I felt at ease ( which is want a person needs when they are getting throat surgery!). 🤣🤣🤣

Dr. O'Holleran and the Nurse Team did a great job on my Laproscopic Appendectomy. Appendicitis is not something you want to have happen late on a Friday evening to start your weekend off. They and the ER team spent their weekend taking superb care of me and getting me out within one day of my surgery. Big thumbs up to Mercy and their skilled staff!

Generally this has been a very good hospital so far. Our visits have been smooth with timely appointments and almost every staff member we have encountered has been great. My impression of this medical center is that the staff here care a lot. I am glad I chose this facility for my family.

I had to get stat flighted off the mountain due to HAPE, and landed in this emergency room. All of the staff was super friendly and caring. The male ER nightshirt doctor (didn’t catch his name) was very nice and concerning.

Dr. Jillian Nickelsen took over for the rest of my stay and she was super sweet and helpful. She listened to all of my symptoms I experienced on the mountain and took me off of unneeded antibiotics. She has excellent bedside manner and didn’t rush out of the room.

Scott in orthopedic (nurse) was a great nurse as well. He took great care of me and was super friendly.

Great staff and friendly people. Even the food service. All and all I’m grateful I got stat flighted to Mercy hospital. God is good.

I've always been pleased with the professionalism and courteous manner of the Mercy Medical Center staff. This visit was no exception. I particularly want to commend "Linda" who administered my ultrasound exam. She was polite, friendly, and efficient. Following my procedure, the records department provided a copy of the diagnostic for my files. As a patient, I felt supported and acknowledged during this visit. Thanks so much!

The people at mercy regional medical center are great. They make you feel welcome almost like a family. I've never had a bad experience there and trust me I've been there a lot. Lol but no truth really said they're really great really great. There to take care of you and they're there always to ask you questions and to make you feel comfortable. Arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment but only waited 10 minutes. Staff friendly, professional and welcoming. Technician could not have been better. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable during my procedure. Radiologist provide results to health network on the same day. Facility clean and Covid conscious.

The team administering the Covid vaccine was well organized, attentive, and extremely professional. Surprisingly, many of them remembered me from the first shot as I have a medical condition that requires attention when getting vaccines. I don’t think more than five minutes would pass before one of the staff would come by to check on me. They were kind considerate and caring. The experience could not have been better

After having major back surgery the nursing staff at Mercy were the best. They were attentive, kind, caring and so readily available for what I needed. A big shout out to one nurse in particular, summer who was absolutely wonderful. Thank you to all the staff at Mercy.🤩
