I had a load to deliver here and at 1st they said they weren't ready for me and that my appt was at 1230 not 10. I wasn't very happy at all because i had another appt rt after this and then i was going to get to go home and see my family for the first time in years. I was pretty upset needless to say, but the guy in charge of the receiving dept got them ready for deliveries in a matter of maybe 5 minutes and made my appt happen not on time but a few minutes early. I cannot thank that employee enough. Thank you for going the extra mile in helping me.

Pro staff is always helpful and if it is not in stock they will get it shipped to the store for you. Sometime that takes a few weeks to month but other then that all has been good there.

This is a TEN STAR review. I traveled to Durango from the Oregon coast. I stopped into the Durango Home Depot Thursday, Sep 21st and while there visited the men's restroom. I left my fanny pack containing cash, credit cards, drivers license, veteran ID, health insurance card, car fob, home key and other personal items on a stall grab bar and left the store. Two hours later, I realized it was missing. I returned and a very sympathetic associate named Dave helped me look around, even looking into waste barrels in the restroom and out to no avail. He took my name, cell number and email address. I left, disheartened and proceeded to spend the afternoon canceling my credit cards and calling Oregon DMV on what to do about my license (still having a couple thousand miles to go on my trip). As a follow-up, I called the store at 6pm that evening and was elated to hear someone had turned it in. Arriving at the customer service desk, I was extremely pleased that the entire contents were there, even nearly $200 in cash. A big thank-you to employees and/or patrons that made my day better ! As a point of irony, earlier at lunch that same day, I chased down a woman leaving in her car who had left her billfold (containing her driver license) on an outdoor table. Karma is alive and well !

I always love it when you go into a store and the employees do not run and hide from you. I was in long thought about an item and a young girl came up and asked me if I needed help. Then she proceeded to help me find the extra item that I was looking for. I was in and out of the store thanks to her.

Christina in Customer Service has helped me through an ordeal with not 1 but 2 smokers. She was patient, kind, understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond what I expected and we truly appreciate it! Thank you again!

We had to replace/ update several appliances that we sold during our last move. The thing with the big box stores these days is lack of staff. But we had a stroke of luck that day in the appliance dept! Our associate, K8 (Kate) was like our personal shopper. She was patient showing us the pros and cons of every brand we looked at. She knew her stuff like an expert! She made certain we knew every detail about our order and even called me back about the fridge I was about to purchase. A 100% positive shopping experience. The associate who helped us order our dishwasher and cooktop was very nice, helpful, polite , and patient. We have been all over looking for someone to help us get our appliances. We are visiting and will have to come back to pick our stuff up. It will be worth it.
Who would have thought we would have a great experience in this little Town.

Well for right now I can say that Nancy is a huge asset to Home Depot.
Very professional but very personable and help us with our garage door.

Great place to put 800lbs into your Subaru Forester, look at your suspension, then understand why there are so many trucks.

Although this store seems to be purposely arranged to be completely different from any other Home Depot, it still has everything you're looking for. If you have a hard time finding what you need, just ask. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love this store. It has everything you could possibly need for your home improvement projects and your 'honey do' list. I could easily roam around in here for hours on end. The employees of this particular Home Depot are very helpful, knowledgeable, and exceptionally friendly. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff here, they have earned my five star rating.

I'll start this by disclosing two things: I'm a loyal Lowe's customer and a former Lowe's employee. I normally don't like Home Depot because it feels cheap when I walk in one. Dirty, kind of disorganized, and hard to find people who work there.

I'm on vacation in Durango and today I needed some sandpaper for a project on which my kid is working. Home Depot was close by so I went for it.

I have never been to a Home Depot this clean. Organized everywhere, swept, lit, clean signage, everything. I went to find someone to point me in the direction of our quest and I spotted 5 people immediately. One told me what aisle and another person (who wasn't the only person watching the self check area) took me to the spot.

I mentioned the store's appearance to someone and they said "thanks, we've been working on it for a while". They said new management had come in and while it took a while for everything to click, it has clicked now.

It shows. As a former retail manager (30 years, stopped about 3 months ago) stores show their leadership. Good job.

I went there looking for a handcart with a folding handle that is light enough to lift up into my car. This nice gentleman stayed with me while I tried to explain what I wanted. He finally realized what I was saying, found it and carried it to the check out register in the Garden Section, then carried it out to my car. What a wonderful experience.

I needed help finding some items and the associates at the front were able to tell me where to go. Made my trip easy and quick. They were however out of the chicken wire I wanted, but oh well. Thanks!!

Ordered online one day. Drove to Durango Home Depot the next day and picked up my order. It was quick and easy. I really liked having my order ready to load. Use the online ordering option. I think you'll like it.

As usual the Home Depot staff is more than willing to help with questions one may have ad always with a smile. Tons of new tools and equipment along with a great selection of tool rentals. Easy in and out for contractors.
