Progressive transferred me to CoWest for a Townhome quote. Had to call back twice after getting dropped from their cruddy voicemail system. When you hit 0 for the operator you get Keller Williams. Never reached a real body and have since moved on. You want someone's business,,,,,,,,, you answer the phone.

This woman dose not have a clue about insurance much less a degree from CU. Please do your research before you do business with her

If you want poor service this is the place... it is all about how much money they can make off you not how much they can protect your property.
