Love this shop! Max and Lisa are super helpful and knowledgeable about the merch, local hangouts and fine dining in the area. Not sure when the sale ends but 30% off Patagonia only happens once a year, I think. It’s the good stuff!

I thought I would have to send my jacket back and wait 10-12 weeks to get the zipper repaired, but Kayla was able to get it fixed while we shopped. It was a great surprise and excellent customer service! I couldn’t be happier!!

Vail Resorts is a one star employer and chooses to disguise themselves as Patagonia, an exceptional company to work for. Bummer for the staff; amazing they are so awesome despite all that.

Just had a great experience with Peter. We brought in two kids jackets with broken zips and he first tried to fix them himself but they needed further repair so he sent them off to be fixed by Patagonia at no extra cost. They will be shipped to us in 8 weeks! Can’t argue with that!

Had an issue with a brand new pair of snow drifter bibs (my fault) and took care of me immediately. I would have been happy with a repair assist and they replaced them. Above any beyond!!

Ask for Peter at Vail in Lionshead. He is knowledgeable, courteous, ultra professional and went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for. Will undoubtedly be a repeat customer!
