I have used ASI for my ABIM MOC requirements for years.
However, lately I have noticed their customer service is completely unacceptable.
I paid almost $400 for a short course (only 4 credit hours), but their website is confusing and you can end up purchasing a course that does not qualify for your CME requirements.

This is exactly what happened with my last course. I wasted my time doing the course and the credit I received DOES NOT qualify for my MOC requirements. So, I called them and they basically said tough luck. We can't do anything about it.

I asked if they would send me another short course which WOULD qualify for my MOC requirements, as I had originally thought I was purchasing. They flat out said NO! So, be careful when purchasing courses from them. They are not willing to correct ANY mistakes, even their own!

Signed and paid for the course. Course material shipped but until won't give me access online too. I don't have access to the course material where I am. Been with them for years, this will be my last

BEWARE: They communicate very poorly. Intentionally dodge questions and give false information regarding process and assistance they can offer.

Horrible customer service. Money wasted!!
