The security that works nights is amazing!
He was so helpful he even helped carry my family and my own bags in. Would not take a tip, that man is very nice an I never leave reviews but I would stay there just for the fact that he does a magnificent job and he should get a raise that man is one who deserves one, Thank you for everything you not only have the skills to be security, but customer service skills that had me thinking he was manager, just a hard worker all around! Thank you!

I'm writing this strictly to compliment their staff member Kayla. My employees were having check-in issues at OTHER nearby hotels. Kayla was very professional and assisted in our complicated muliti-room reservation saving the day. The guys later complimented the cleanliness and amenities of the property. 10/10

Stayed the night of 3-10-22 as my husband was having surgery at 6:00am the next day. Woke up to leave at 5:30 am. Dead battery in car. We did not know what to do! Went to lobby and the lady got the security guard but he had no cables. I went back into the lobby and the nice girl said she had called a Lift and put it on her card and they would be there in five minutes!! Who does that?? She should be honored as being the nicest person in the world. This is the second time we have stayed there and always have had the best service, clean rooms and wonderful nights sleep. Thank you again super kind lady. Ten STARS on this stay!!

Lauren, the Lobby reservations person at Vallejo California, is the most awesome, patient, wonderful customer service oriented person I've ever dealt with at a motel or hotel. I had issues getting my deposit back
by 3 business days per their policy. I had to resolve with my
Bank and needed a receipt with a zero balance which she attempted to email me but it was not coming fast enough so she snapped a picture for me and send it to my cell phone and I was immediately able to resolve with my bank. Thank you Lauren!

Great rooms after renovation.
There is still just a few breakfast items instead of a full breakfast as advertised ( apples, cereal bars, packaged muffins, coffee)
When I approached the front desk staff about the breakfast, I was offered a rate reduction and I had really good breakfast at the diner besides. That I call customer service! Very professional and super friendly! Thank you again!!!

I was so nervous about staying here because the reviews were pretty unfavorable but this is a beautiful hotel...we were able to park right in front of our room which is great after driving 5 hours and being at six flags for 7 hours. Bathroom is beautiful. Black out curtains. Brand new tv. Wonderful lighting in the bathroom. The gentleman up at the front desk was great. Interested to see what breakfast is like in the morning. I definitely suggest staying here.

Loved loved loved this hotel!
Super clean, spacious and you got everything you need in the room, even an iron with the board.
Super friendly staff and very nice lobby area to have a cup of coffee in the morning, by the way breakfast was included and it included an egg muffin and orange juice.
So I'm very impressed with what you get for the very good price.
Totally recommend!

My stay at this hotel was totally sporadic. I live near by and needed a place to bring my mother to because it was my weekend to care for her. First of all, you can’t go wrong at the front desk with associates named Shai and Sade! I almost went into a 90’s r&b medley when I found out what their names were. They both made my stay a very pleasant one with just their positive attitudes. I’ve never spent a night alone with my mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia before and was very nervous. As corny as it sounds their smiles and presence made me feel like I wasn’t alone. Anyway, the room was very nice and clean. I’m sure the breakfast was good too if I’d only woken up early enough to try it. Lol. I will definitely be staying here again when my turn in the family rotation comes back around. Thank you Shai and Sade!!!

Hotel is nearing the end of a major renovation, and it will be really nice when everything is done. For now, some services are limited or unavailable (e.g. breakfast and pool), and staffing is reduced as a result of less room availability and fewer guests. Unfortunately, I had some unruly guests in the room next to mine, but as soon as I reported this to the front desk, security was quickly on the scene to get the situation under control. I really appreciate that the entire industry is struggling through a challenging time now. But when the pandemic becomes a thing of the past, I think this place is going to be in a good position to prosper. And the hotel manager, "Shay", is truly good people!

Travel California 2022

The upgrades to this hotel were sorely needed and much appreciated!
We loved the pool & hot tub but unfortunately they were not completed with upgrades (we understand) so we were not able to use them
5 Stars because the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and the room was very clean!

Suggestions:

Add a curtain between toilet and sink so they can be used simultaneously
Add a few towel hooks on the back of the big door and on the wall.
Remove the shelf under the refridgerator and upgrade to a bigger refridgerator with a freezer.

The price is right! Location is next to everything. Easy freeway access. Rooms are great! Beds are super comfy! Staff is friendly and kind. I have nothing bad to say about country inn and suits!!!! 😁

Mj was the epitome of “HOSPITALITY”. I say this as one raised in the industry by a mother who was a housekeeper who became a regional manager with Accor. The property is very clean upon arrival, the music very relaxing, and Mj was very welcoming, ready to steward the services I was kin need of. She thoroughly explained the availability, amenities, and local attractions. She explained the policies of the property, even assuring me of the surveillance system and that my vehicle would be seen on camera, understanding of course the property is not responsible, it put me at ease. She informed me of all Covid related inconveniences and made sure I was happy with what’s offered here. I’m from the area, I must say this location is optimum. Anyone looking for lodging in the Bay Area as a whole should come see for themselves the excellent services offered here. If you get the chance to make Mj’s acquaintance, I promise you’ll be more than accommodated, you’ll be thoroughly pleased and at ease with your stay

The rooms were clean, they offer breakfast and the pool was open. With all that combined with MJ's wonderful attitude she made me feel right at home. Thanks MJ and keep up the great work!!!!!

This is an excellent hotel. I would like to give a special recognition to the evening person Ty. She was professional and extremely helpful in finding me accommodations for the evening. This wonderful lady definitely needs employee of the month. Thank you again for your phenomenal service.

I have to say the renovation is great everything nice and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. We needed a safe in he room and the maintenance person was great and helpful. There are restaurants all around the hotel. We are happy
