I enjoy coming to this Safeway. They have consistently done everything they can to make the shopping experience as pleasant as possible, which hasn't been easy over the last 3 years. It's clean, the people are helpful and friendly, and they have adequate parking.

Always an enjoyable experience! Staff is always within reach, helpful and friendly while implementing safety protocols. Inventory provides variety, ideas as well as what I'm there for. $5 Fridays are my absolute favorite!!! This store is always super clean, carts included.
I could do delivery but it takes away these enjoyable experiences; you can't fault me that!

GREAT SERVICE BY LORA! I was on my way home on New Years Eve and the store was packed! What I thought a very stressful time lining to the cashier will happen, Lora saved me by offering to ring me in the Flower Section. She was a delightful and cheerful worker. She made sure that all my questions was asked when I purchased a basket and even kindly gave me suggestions. These are the workers that you needed to PROMOTE! Lora is undoubtedly a gem of a worker for Safeway Admiral Callaghan Vallejo!!! I will definitely come back to this location because her service was impeccably great and genuinely represents the core value of what I know Safeway is! Good job Lora! Continue to wow your customers!

This Safeway always had top notch customer service. I did drive up & go this time and although the computer system got some thing incorrect, Reyna was gracious and quick about solving the problem. 10/10 for service and having great employees

Nice shopping area. I went before getting my oil changed for my car. Very busy because of having a Safeway and an In N Out in the same parking lot. It's also right off the freeway, so people may see the shopping area and stop along the way to where they're going to.

Good. They have most of what I want and service was good with the help I received at self checkout (had some discount items the clerk processed)

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the fact that all employees wore their masks. The restroom has a hand dryer with UV lights to kills germs. Definitely doing their job to keep everyone safe.

Not a store review but a “PO” review this man has been my greatest experience in life and it started in the store with a simple question I asked “ what’s hotter medium or mild salsa “ we made conversation without coming to a conclusion so he walked away as i thanked him for taking his time to try to figure it out after a moment he returned and said “let me ask someone else” and I said “great that would help” this is me without my phone and a bottle of wine into my night he returned and said “medium is hotter” I gotta say I don’t know what it was that made him help me to that extent but I’m sure most people wouldn’t have come back this man “PO” really helped me out it might seem small but big things are made with many small things yes his name was PO I asked him so thumbs up to PO

Giant selection, very clean store. Pretty happy with my purchases! Good meat as well. The Angus Chuck roast I got was very fresh and so was the asparagus and blueberries.

Great selection as always and very pleasant staff. Will be coming back to do all my shopping, also close to auto zone and a few food shops. All that is missing is a bigger parking lot although there were a few spots left at around 3pm.

We shop at the Lincoln Road Safeway 2 ~ 3 times a week, have been customers of theirs for 20 + years as well as have kids employed with them. The employees are friendly & always helpful. If you can't find what you want they will do their best to get it for you.

Great customer service from Chris. He bagged my groceries and helped me out to my car. He wouldn't take a tip, just did it out of kindness for this super pregnant mama. Thank you Chris! That was very helpful!

Clean, well maintained, good selection, and great customer service. Every employee I walked passed said hello or good morning or checked if I was doing ok. Will definitely be going back to this Safeway!!! New to the area, glad to have found my store.

Oh my gosh! Where do I start? I ordered a cake that was completely done wrong. I hate that I can't remember her name... It was Nicole or Rachel. She( the manager) came to help out. She was super professional, kind and made our experience Pleasant. I can't thank her enough for finding a solution to our problem. Thank you again!!! You definitely represent the company well

Good produce, store is clean, and prices are the same as every place else unless you have their rewards card.

Love shopping at this safeway! I can always find what I need here and if I can't the workers here are very helpful! The store is always clean and the produce are very fresh!

This is my favorite grocery store! I'm sure to find what I want when I shop. Service is friendly. Meat counter is attended, shelves well stocked, produce is fresh, the store is clean and the grounds are kept.
