I was very pleased with the care I received at CMM. The staff was friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, I then suffered some hurdles in getting some records transferred. The staff was, however responsive (including on here with the below response). I was more harsh before than deserved, particularly in light of the excellent service once I was able to explain the issue to the staff.

Just had an appointment with Dr Mark Stephens. Very happy with the way he listened to me and treated my concerns. I never felt rushed or ignored at any point. Suggested a follow up to review my results and discuss further. Very thorough and I would highly recommend Dr Stephens.
I arrived early for my appointment and actually was seen early which never happens. Other staff was friendly and efficient. Great experience!

Everything about my experience at CMM was wonderful. When I called to schedule my appointment (not an existing patient), the receptionist Kaitlynn was incredibly helpful in playing phone tag with me while I skied, and then emailing back and forth to get me in at a convenient time and get the doctor all the necessary information. When I came in I was seen quickly. Dr. Bernstein and her nurse were very attentive and seemed to really care about everything I had to say. They then administered two tests, one of which (through no fault of their own) was very uncomfortable but they got me through it with their kindness and professionalism. During the exam and after, the doctor educated me on what was going on. I only wish I lived in the area full time so that dr Bernstein could be my primary doctor.

Top notch urgent care with an appointment so no long waits. Miles and the TX assistant did everything to efficiently send me out the door "stitched" back together. Thank you!!
