Dr. Emmy is one of a kind. She truly wants the best for her patients and helps tease out all the little bits of information that are important to determine best treatments. She is kind, a great listener, and extremely intelligent. I would recommend her to anyone I know or anyone seeking a provider to care/listen. Beyond Dr. Emmy, her front office staff is incredible. They know you personally and go the extra mile to meet your needs as well.

Dr. Emmy is amazing! She always takes time to really listen to me and utilizes a truly integrative approach to medicine, fusing classical western modalities when needed with her natural, functional medicine approach. Her sessions always leave me feeling fully relaxed. As a practitioner myself, I love having her as a resource whom I frequently refer my patients to. The fact that she accepts insurance is an added bonus and makes her services accessible to all.

Dr Emmy is my favorite practitioner EVER, coming from someone with a chronic illness and 20+ years in healthcare as a nurse. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and also 100% willing and able to dive into the unknown on any problem. She is an expert craniosacral therapist, and I believe she has been instrumental in helping to heal my nervous system and musculoskeletal issues - profoundly life changing. And takes insurance!!!! She’s the rare whole package, a true expert, partner and friend, and I always look forward to seeing her. Michelle, her office manager (and so much more) is also an amazing human and a delight to see and work with!

Dr. Emmy has a knowledgeable, confident, and personable manner. For eight or more years she was positively my best support for health and happiness. My standing six week appointment was the best investment for my health. She treated frozen shoulders, lower back problems, neck problems and her cranial therapy left me relaxed after every treatment. Her treatments are painless and effective. Dr. Emmy's healing energy is a rare commodity and necessary especially in today's world.

Dr. Emmy has treated me for two plus years for migraines and digestion issues, she helped me discover a major allergy that I did not know about. She has wonderful patient care, and is always attentive to my questions and concerns. Visits are always thorough and ample time spent working toward health improvement. She has good ideas on how to deal with issues, and works as a team with the patient to come up with possible solutions. I'd recommend seeing her if you are looking for a doctor with a different approach on medicine.

Dr. Emmy was thorough in both her information-gathering and her exam. The office was clean, neat, and welcoming.There was a calm, understanding, professional attitude. She showed interest in me as an individual rather than another Parkinson's patient. She demonstrated willingness to share information with my other medical providers. She even encouraged me to use other types of health care practitioners.

Dr. Emmy has been a significant help to my health. I have ME/CFS with ups and downs in my ability to navigate daily living. I can count on Dr. Emmy's treatments to improve my overall sense of well-being. Over the years of treatments her work has clearly contributed to my increase in stamina and resilience. When I met Dr. Emmy years ago now, I lived in a constant state of fight or flight, highly anxious, deeply depressed and yet yearning for true healing. Dr. Emmy was the cornerstone of my healthcare for many years. Now, we have both moved away from Bend, OR and I miss the care I received from her. She is a very deep listener, always inspired for an approach to an issue, I never walked out of a visit without improvement from her highly skilled treatments. She sustained me through the challenges that came with chronic health issues that were complex and hard make improvement with, previous to seeing her. She helped peel away the layers and find my core of health, balance and resource. She is an incredible resource for anyone who has the fortune to work with and be treated by her.

I had a horrible path of 2+ years of dead-end medical trails ending in zero relief after a "traditional" chiropractic adjustment from a physical therapist left me with terrible facial pain. I had been written off as a "woman with a headache," and had pretty much given up fighting for myself.
The first thing that Dr. Emmy did was acknowledge my pain and struggle and give me hope. She recognized the anxiety I had, and explained every step of her process. She is so personable, and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. Even if my symptoms and injury didn't fit into a nice "diagnostic box," Dr. Emmy's style and education allowed for such a calm and personalized approach that I was feeling incredible relief after just the second adjustment.
I would recommend Dr. Emmy to anyone, for anything; certainly for chronic and atypical pain, but also to anyone looking for second opinions regarding any spine work including injections or surgeries.

Dr. Emmy has so many gifts as a practitioner. Her first priority is the welfare of her patients. She's a phenomenal listener and has keen insight into possible ways to proceed, once the patient has elaborated on their issue(s). She treats all of her patients as individuals, with individual needs. (There's no one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter kinds of treatments in her office.) She's an amazing networker, and she knows who is available to recommend that a patient see, if she doesn't have an answer. She is always interested in learning more and keeping up with the latest research in order to benefit her patients. Her subtle techniques produce enormous results. She is very humble, which is one of the reasons why - in my opinion - she is such a good practitioner. She was a godsend for me during the time that she practiced in Bend, OR. Dr. Emmy had been a true lifesaver for me. I have chronic daily migraines and fibromyalgia, and for years had tried nearly every medication and treatment available, including naturopathic, acupuncture, chiropractic treatments, botox, etc. Nothing provided relief, and my system is so sensitive that even the lightest treatment would cause a flair up. Dr. Emmy, however, listened carefully to all of my feedback, and was creative in finding ways to treat me without flair ups, and to give me much needed pain relief. She helped mee organize my thoughts before seeing my neurologist, gave me encouragement, and above all listened to me. I was a patient of Dr. Emmy's in Bend, OR. It is no exaggeration to say she drastically transformed my life. I initially sought her services for problems relating to bad hips and a broken pelvis, but over the course of several years her expertise affected my nutrition, fertility, physical therapy, and endocrinology needs.
