Bill is the nicest! Best help ever! Helped me on the phone and just happened to run into him at store and got more help in person for more stuff I needed. Great cashier lady too. So fresh & clean here. Love this spot!

Love going here. Not only books, which there is a great choice, but so much more. Love going here for gifts. Also love to get a coffee, relax and enjoy.

Clean, well-stocked store that still has the BOOK store feel. Easy accessible, and spacious for those of us still around book nerds to admire, linger and purchase, our beloved bound novels and stories!

All sorts of great finds. Kids had a blast, wife had a blast, I had fun watching kids and wife having a blast. It's Barnes & Noble what else can I say.

Really nice Cafe and awesome selection of books and magazines for all ages. , 😃 like the old days, can browse to your hearts content and find that treasured book. Loved it 😁

Starbucks is good, the store interior is nice! Workers are helpful. I will always come back to this location!

Really great Barnes and Nobles ! Stopped at the Cafe for some coffee and snacks. They have a great selection and everything tasted amazing. They even had a buy a coffee get a book deal offer that I hopped on. The customer service at the Cafe and throughout the store was wonderful. Very clean place and well stocked. I've been to bigger B&N but it had a great selection and I found everything I needed. I even found some awesome new baby toys and cute blocks that I hadnt seen in Target or other major stores. Something for everyone, will definitely be back !

Would prefer not to go on a busy day but otherwise I enjoyed myself and found some really good reads.

The Barnes & Noble at Greenbrier in Chesapeake, VA is always clean with helpful employees. The children's section is very popular with its train table and puppet stage. Come relax with a good book, shop the bargain area for great gift ideas, and get a latte from their in-store Starbucks cafe.

I don't know how to read, but they have a great selection of vinyl records and I love to look at the pictures in the manga. I also got to buy a single lorcana pack, most I have gotten from ANY store.

Long time, committed staff mean you get a familiar experience when you shop here and a staff that becomes familiar with your preferences and the chance to introduce you to new favorites. AND, Bill has another book of poetry out! THAT'S going on my nightstand!

I always go to B&N cafe. They have the treats I like: Cheesecake Factory cheesecake! And they have great Starbucks drinks. And if you're B&N member, you get 10% off everyday everything including cafe purchases. And then, you get printed coupon like I got one for $1 off cold brew beverage grande or larger. The barista was quick, efficient my drink came out in less than 3 minutes!

What can you not love about a book store, I mean besides wanting to buy every book, but that is besides the point. Love there classic book covers 😍

I was having trouble finding the book I wanted to get, but Bill was super helpful in locating it. He was very friendly, and he persevered in his search to find me the last available copy. Thank you Bill. You made my day.

Easy to find location and they always keep things nice and tidy. Barns and noble never gets enough credit... it’s one of the few places where people from all walks of life with different interests can go to supplement their minds in quite harmony. Love it!

It's a beautiful bookstore. They have everything from novels, magazines, CDs, postcards etc

I just became a reader at the beginning of the year and this will be one of my new favorite places to get books from. Always clean, well organized and friendly staff. There is a Starbucks inside, although I don't believe you can use your rewards there because it's owned by barnes and noble but if you're a coffee lover then you can enjoy a book and a coffee in a very nice and pleasant environment.
