American Eagle Store

Today I came in looking for Jean shorts and I just left happily with a new pair and a few other things. All of the girls working were so sweet and helpful, ESPECIALLY Madison S. who was working the fitting rooms and helped me get a style and size and her kindness actually made my whole day! Shoutout to Madison S for being helpful, attentive and overall just kind because it can be hard to find these days. And the store was very clean and organized! Five stars. 🥰

This place doesn’t deserve two stars. I can understand the frustration of not having men clothes but the store is smaller than most AEs. If they can corporate a mens side, that would be great. I had a great experience today shopping at the store. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

No men's clothes, all mannequins are naked also. Kinda wack but if you're a woman maybe you'll find something you like

Only sells women's clothes, was told to drive to the closest one 20 mins away in Lynnhaven. I drove half an hour here from work because it's closest to my house so kinda frustrated at that too. They can order mens clothes in the store, if you're interested in driving to AE to have them order online for you instead of not leaving your home and ordering your own clothes online like a sane person.

This location has no mens clothes and instead of an employee to greet me or talk to me as I look out of place they just looked around like “please don’t ask me any questions.” Horrible customer service.
