Starbucks

1st time at this location. Staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable about their menu. We had 3 separate orders in our vehicle he breezed thru it with no issues. Recommend this shop.

This is one of the best Starbucks locations that I go to on my way in to work in the mornings. The staff is very polite and helpful and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are delicious 😋!

I'm so glad they opened back up. I had to go to another Starbucks while they were closed, and my lattes were not the same as the ones in this location. They always make it right here and have great customer service.

Fast service, pleasant and kind staff, clean restrooms( at least for the men's room ). I'm not sure about the ladies' room since well I can't go in there. I wipuld come again to this store.

I have come to this location on two separate occasions to work remotely. Everyone is so friendly and positive. Despite the employees seeming to have endless orders to fulfill, they always offer a smile and small conversation when you arrive and order. The duration of my visit I thought on MULTIPLE occasions, “this is the friendliest staff I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.” I look forward to every opportunity I have to visit and work at this location.

My time here was great, the young man at the counter helped me to pick out a drink. He was so sweet. I believe his name was Nikki. The music that was playing was so nice. The place was really clean and it smelled so good. I hope to go to this Starbucks location again soon.

Austin was very helpful and polite about getting my order correct! I hate complaining about orders and am always uncomfortable asking for things to be corrected because i work with the public and know what it’s like, but I also like my drink a certain way. He made me feel very comfortable and never once did I feel like I was a burden

This location is very fast and efficient. Every time I’ve come it’s been won’t. Just like going to Chic Fil A!! The mine was long and I was at the wonton 7 minutes flat. No complaints!!

When it's 6:00 a.m. in the morning, and you're going to be working a long day... and your wonderful baristas understood the assignment... "drown my sorrow in caramel drizzle" and all the extra shots legally allowed of espresso! Thank you so much Nikki! :-)

i love this location <3 the workers always try their absolute best and it shows! theyre very quick and efficent with orders even when it is busy :) my food and drinks are always sooooo yummy and good, they even blend the ice in the frappes super well which is greatly appreciated!! thank you for your tasty little treats baristas <3333

My husband and I are avid Starbucks drinkers on a daily basis just about. We were shopping at Chesapeake Center and stopped into the one close by. We were helped by Jenni, she is the best barista ever! Our drinks were perfect and she was very friendly and sweet. Also, her make up is on point! Great employee - she totally made our day!

Absolutely love the feta egg and spinach wraps, and my pink drink as always! However the level of service is always SUPERB when my favorite barista, I think Roxxi, is her name is there. Best Starbucks to go to, if you want Smiley faces and the utmost customer service from these friendly employees bright and cheery in the morning. Thanks guys for being my go to store, closest to home!

Always friendly staff. Feels like I am a VIP every time! Love the personal relationships with clients. I don't need to stop by every morning but I do because the team always helps start my day off on a positive note.

I was served by an awesome barista named Jaden! He was a personable and friendly young man, smiling the entire time. My caramel crunch frappuccino was delicious, too! Great job!

I always order online and it’s always ready when I get there. Everything is always just how it want it. I’ve been a customer here for a while but recently became a M-F same time same order type of person and the employees have made a point to remember my name and are always super friendly.

Got my food really quick ... and I had 4 sandwiches. Drink was pretty quick, too. The only problem with this location is the parking. The drive-thru traffic can block the parking spaces. You have to park far away or come here during light business times.

I ordered three drinks on Saturday and one was wrong but I called them and they told me just to come in and they would remake it with no problem. I love Starbucks this location’s staff is freaking awesome.Thank you for always being upbeat and happy it’s contagious!
