Target

Target was busy the night I shopped. I received a free $5 gift card and I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t scanning. A team member gladly showed me how and even did it with humor and a kind attitude. I really appreciated that, as you don’t get that a lot from stores nowadays, especially when they are busy.

Today, in the heat my car wouldn’t start due to battery issues, I had 2 toddlers in my vehicle (80 degrees). A worker “Tristan” while was leaving his shift seen that we were stuck, even though he couldn’t help with his own vehicle he called his dad to assist. Thank You, Tristan.

I love this target! They are always so helpful and so efficient! I have never had a problem with any of my orders. Will always use this target.

Open early and they have a variety of items. The store has ambience when you shop at Target.
I found a cute clip and they have different colors.

Ordered items for pickup (drive up). Excellent service. My order was brought to me immediately. Best Drive up service in town.

This ordering service is so quick and easy! I use it all the time and it’s never failed me yet!

I just had to make it known just how wonderful this team member was today. Serena (Chesapeake Sq location) was simply the best she went above and beyond to make sure I found every item on my Shipt shopper list. Great job 👏 👍

This location is slowly becoming my least favorite. I'm in this store alot between my personal shopping and Shipt. Yesterday I had a Shipt order that required me to get a TV. I pressed the bell/buzzer three times at least 5 minutes apart as well as went to the checkout line for.assistance. None of the employess working between 9am to 10am seemed to care that I had been waiting awhile nor that I was gonna be late doing my job. In return dissatisfying two customers. I am highly upset again due to poor customer service and the fact that I was made to be late.

There is no fee no matter how small the amount. (Sometimes I only need a couple things.) The associates are always smiling, friendly and super efficient. As a disabled person who can no longer shop in the store, these things are very important to me. I always drive away feeling happy. I can’t say that about other curbside shopping. Every retailer should strive to emulate Target. Target is definitely at the top of the pyramid.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Target Chesapeake Square Mall. My family and I were greeted at the door with a shopping cart. Haven't experience that since I was a little girl when department stores had greeters, handing your parents a coupon. I did have one negative experience from an associate but I'm not going to post. Thank goodness the good outweighs the bad. Thank you Target for having the items in stock, a clean, bright store and fast checkout.

They were outside with our items when we pulled up and they ladies were friendly. Our order was ready less than 2 hours. We had curbside service. I did not have to take the children out of the car and spend 2 hours in the store. Thank you for excellent customer service! I saved time and money.

Our order was ready quickly. We drove up, used the app to check in, and popped our back hatch. We waited less than 5 minutes!

Absolutely wonderful experience at this Target. All the workers here helped me with finding the items I need as well as helping me load them into my car. I appreciate Ms. Kennedy helping me without prompt and starting the chain of other workers help.

I typically shop this Target since its right by my job and have curbside pick up. Its easy to order my necessities and pick up during lunch break or when I get off. The employees are always helpful and friendly. One employee in particular went out of his way for me which now a days is sadly something that a lot of employees do not do. I saw an item on line that they stated was available but when I was looking for it I could not find it. An employees named Wisdom asked if he could help me and so I showed him what I was looking for. He looked up the item code and said yes we have 2 in the back. He was very helpful and got the item for me. Thanks Wisdom your courtesy and kindness did not go un-noticed and left an impression. Thanks again!! :)
