This was a pickup. It took me a while to access the app, and the pickup time was now 7 minutes past the pickup time. So I decided to call to let them know I was there. The young lady who answered the phone was absolutely awesome. Not to overlook the young man who bought the order out and put it in my truck. He was very pleasant and kind. His deposition was enthusiastic and friendly. The communication that I heard between them was courtestous and respectful.

Great service. Made an online order, paid in advance, and I was able to get assistance immediately. Rebecca, got my order, and also processed a return while we waited not more than 5 minutes for the product. They event took the time to show box da.age but product was not injured and in perfect condition. What amazing customer service here. Highly recommend using this place as a resource.

I received excellent customer service from the Manager Zachary who was willing to assist me with a return on a faulty water heater that I had purchased! Yidira was also very helpful! Great team at Home Depot!

Clean store, helpful staff, accurate stock to what's showing online, returns are easy, and hybrid checkout options. Pro tip for fur parents: they allow dogs and the store is a great place to get your young dog desensitized in many different sounds around them.

Thank God for Home Depot being everywhere we decided we were going to put some molding around our bedroom ceiling on our down time yeah down time that doesn't happen much but we were lucky enough to find some nice group molding to put up there and we absolutely love it

I love that they offer the military discount when ordering online for pickup or delivery. Prices are always competitive, often a little bit lower than their biggest competitor. And I've known a few previous employees that have had nothing to say but wonderful things about how they treat their employees as family. One previous employee passed away unexpectedly several years ago, did not have life insurance, and the Home Depot they worked at (Virginia Beach, corner of Princess Anne and Lynnhaven donated quite a bit of money toward their funeral costs. A great company that will always have my business!

Mr. Bobby in Tools Rental provided my mother & I with excellent customer service today! He was quick,friendly and very informative during a busy time with a line full of customers.

Got our extension ladder $100 cheaper than Lowes. And I love the activities for children at the beginning of month! Can take them home for children to do at home.

Wife and I purchased a patio furniture set, table w/6 chairs. Was on sale, got a good price on it. All employees that we made contact with were very helpful and friendly. They loaded the furniture on the truck for us with no problem. We were very satisfied with everything involved in this purchase. 👍

This Home Depot is awesome, because my sister-in-law works there and that is what makes the store so awesome because she is an awesome employee

I cannot tell you the stellar customer service I received today both from the cashier Yadira and her Manager, Dennis. I had a situation come up on my second trip to Home Depot today, and because of running out of what I needed to complete my order (Yadira was aware of my needs from the first trip), I became very frustrated, as I had allocated today to complete my project. Yadira called Dennis her Manager over and they thought of two possible remedies to help. Anyway, they offered me the one that would enable me to finish my work today and it frankly shocked me as to how they would suggest what they did. But, it was PERFECT and I can't thank them enough!!! Bravo Home Depot in 23321 for having such a wonderful, customer-centric staff! You are the best!!! I will never go anywhere else, and will always recommend your location. Thank you so much again Yadira, Dennis and Home Depot!!

Great place to spend lots of money

I went in looking for a replacement head for a echo weedeater. I had a little trouble finding it. A helpful associate passing through greeted me and offered assistance. He found it immediately and I was happily on my way. His helpfulness and knowledge of the store were key to me finishing my project before the rain. He is appreciated.This trip was a great experience.

The store was so clean and organized. We found what we needed right away. We had to ask an elderly gentleman that was working there to unlock a sander for us. I didn’t catch his name, but he was so kind and definitely made us smile. He said he was 80 years old. I wish I knew his name just so I could brag on him! Coming to this store was a great experience!

Always an adventure, we we’re here for about an hour working out our project needs. Staff was friendly for those that said hi. We did walk in to an a aggressive customer yelling at the customer service team who kept their composure.
