When you start giving up in this fast moving market, he cheers you up and encourages you to hang in there cause you're closer than you think. He not only does the stuff behind the scenes to reach your end goal, so you don't have to do much, but he also isn't afraid to ask the difficult or odd questions on your behalf. One house they said they're selling everything on the property. I asked "okay, does that include the Harley in the shed?" He was willing to get the answer through the listing agent and have them contact me with a price tag lol. Or when I fell in love with the farmhouse furniture on a contract that fell through ... well, I was able to buy the furniture off their new owner for MY new house. Signing docs virtually and not sending you to houses that don't meet your requirements saves a ton of time, also! Greg - thanks a million! There are just not enough words to express it, but you are seriously THE BEST and I will NOT quit referring you to friends and family who deserve the same level of care on their journeys.
