AT&T Store

Great staff and overall great service

Went to this store to get new service with AT&T. They were AMAZING! Raheem and Dulce were professional, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. Excellent customer service! I am extremely pleased and happy I switched to AT&T. I also saw how they welcomed and treated other customers that came in. They were polite and very helpful to every single person. I would recommend this store to anyone!

The staff WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE and PATIENT with explaining the plans and values. I have been a customer for over 20 years and it is the first time in 10 years that I felt that I could make an informed decision without the help of my daughter. Great team at the 27th ave store! Thank you!

After visiting 2 other stores I ended up here at the 3rd AT&T store. Mayra was amazing she said she had only put on 1 other screen protector of this kind but she did it and she did a spectacular job very happy 😊 with the out come thank you so very much Mayra you're amazing.

Karina and Jaime are rockstars. I was having issues with my phone and they made sure I was taken care of and even helped me save money on my bill. Remember everyone that iPhones that are the X model and older will have the issues with the batteries discharging faster.

Karina was so incredibly helpful after my phone was stolen and she was so kind and uplifting. I receive excellent customer service from this location and would highly recommend them to anyone. Karina is amazing!

I have just recently lost my father of 87 years of age and my mother is also 86 but she could not remember her pass code so we decided to just close her account . Well that was not as easy as it sounds but the gentleman at the store was so helpful and caring of what just happen to my dad and I believe he should be recognized for all his compassion and help he showed me he was very patient and kind I wish that everyone would be like him his name is Raheem Thank you so much Raheem Don’t know what we would have done without you yr the best

The staff is amazing they were really helpful on my upgrade. Definitely recommend this store. Did not feel rushed or pressured.

Staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. The Manager is bilingual which is a nice plus.
