Lost my wallet in the parking lot. By some miracle someone actually brought it back to the store and I was able to pick it up. Thank you for who ever did that. Love this store.

For the first time in a long time I walked into the Home Depot in Kenniwick and was looking for a non WiFi color bulb and it’s a hard look trust so I saw this guy named Isaiah and he was stocking some product near me and I asked him about if he could help me find a bulb that would work for
My application and he didn’t say “I don’t wor in that department and then would dissapear
To go find them well he didn’t
Instead he stopped doing work
And came to help me and stuck with me the whole time even though they were only tens mins
From closing that’s customer service

This is a go to store for many DIY projects and where Pro's go for their supplies and tools. Nice clean store and well supplied with inventory.

It's a Home Depot. You know what you will get and their prices are lower than Lowes. This had a better selection than the one in Hermiston

I have been to literally all of the home improvement "box" stores in the Tri-cities, but nothing compares to THIS Home Depot. There is something about the staff here, y'all...If you have a question, they have an answer or will point you to someone who does. They went above and beyond to help my hubby and I for paint, flooring and appliances. We even used their Pro Referral program for electrical and that was a fantastic experience. If you don't know where to start and who to consult about any projects, seriously come here first. Hopefully you get to interact with the great staff that we did!

yes, its hard to find staff to help you as they always seem to be short staffed.... although the ones that are there, who do offer help go above and beyond plus they are very knowledgeable with the how to's,, they give you good suggestions, plus they demonstrate they care about their job. Thank you for providing good service and prices.

Actually had a clerk ask me if I needed help looking for something....very nice shock

I'm not sure the older gentleman's name but it is a tall older white man who works there and he is so nice and so helpful and I'm thankful for him being there when I was running around the store looking for a ton of different things. Pretty much all the workers here are nice he stood out that day and I'm sorry I don't remember his name.

Good store clean and some of the staff are rude but most of the employees are polite and friendly

Good outdoor plant and furniture selection (posted this in July) I find the customer service at this Home Depot to be good! They always also have a good selection of Halloween and Christmas decorations and lights. Good bird/squirrel food and suet selection as well as various feeders/birdhouses.

My husband and I went to Home Depot in Kennewick to buy a fridge to be delivered to my parents who live a long way from an appliance store. We had no idea how to go about doing that, and employees at two other stores were of no help whatsoever. Thankfully, we went to Home Depot in Kennewick next, where Faith G helped us accomplish our mission. She is very friendly and is knowledgeable about any question you could possibly have about appliances -- whether it's about the appliance itself, comparison of brands, the delivery process, or products for keeping the appliance polished and looking beautiful. She clearly cares about her customers. She's a gem and a blessing! We know exactly who to look for next time we need an appliance!

Been here a lot of times and have always had awesome experiences. However, today marked something different that I absolutely enjoyed! I had placed a mobile order online and had never done so before. Valentina, a very cute and intelligent lady was extremely helpful! She showed me how to use the new pickup lockers which is absolutely awesome! Other than the awesome deals that the store has on Milwaukee products online, the in-store visits are where it is far more dangerous! I ended spending another load on Milwaukee tools plus some goodies. Gotta love Home Depot!

Great service, discount without asking, and as was struggling loading the plywood. An employee assisted till the end without me asking him as well. I offered a tip and kindly said, "no we don't accept tips. You can talk about your good experience online." So that's what I did!👌🏾😀

I truly love this store! I've gotten my paint, toilet seat, ceiling fan, garden gloves, lawn mower, vinyl, lumber, screws, and salt for the water softner. I mean, you name it Home Depot pretty much has it for your home. It's always clean, well organized, and very nice, helpful people that work here! They deserve all 5 stars good job guys!!

Pascal in appliance dept was so knowledgeable and helpful when we purchased LG Washer and Dryer stackable set. Our delivery co. Was Outstanding and So respectful of our home.

I needed to pick up an odd irrigation fitting, and couldn't find it myself. I asked one employee, who understood what I wanted, but couldn't remember exactly where it was. He found a more senior associate that lead us to exactly what I needed. Nice to have that kind of service.

I do like that they have self-checkouts available for quick purchases.

As it's currently the 2022 Solstice/Christmas season, they also have live (well, formerly live) Noble Fir Christmas trees for sale, and it was nice to pick one up to make the house smell good for the holidays. They seemed to be reasonably fresh (not like cut-your-own, but not dropping needles), and it was a painless purchase.

They are usually very helpful. I have been especially pleased by some of the vendors they bring in who can give even more insight. Usually a pretty solid selection, and their clearance end-caps are fun to keep an eye on.

And finally, I've never been hassled for wearing a mask, even in the strictest moments of the lock down. Very happy to shop at a place where they value their customers that much.

They do a great Saturday morning for kids of all ages. Wonderful!!

I always love home Depot, they have everything you could want for doing all those necessary tasks around your house or business. The workers are helpful and there is such a huge variety of things that it's fun just exploring 😊
