Ari is always very thorough during my appointments. She is extremely personable and upbeat! She is very knowledgeable about what she does and takes what I am asking for and makes it a hundred times better. Overall, very friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I have been going here for over two years and I always leave loving my hair.

This is the best salon I’ve ever been to! Chloe was amazing and helped me through a hair emergency. I did and at home relaxer and ruined the ends of my hair so I went in for a pixie cut and I was very upset and nervous. Normally when I get short hair they don’t texture it enough and it looks fluffy and awful. Not only did she texture it to my specific liking, she taught me the most time efficient ways to style it as well. She was friendly, professional, and so kind in a situation that has caused me stress. I absolutely love it and will be going back for upkeep and future hair cuts as well!!

Sheena is absolutely the best stylist! She takes time to understand what I need and what I’m wanting to accomplish. She’s never in a hurry and makes me feel important. Every experience myself and my three kids have had with Sheena has been top notch.

My hair is more on the curly side and I generally avoid haircuts at all costs because I usually end up leaving unhappy. I did my research and came to Bliss to see Ari and I’m so glad I did! Not only is she a huge sweetheart but she did a wonderful job trimming my hair and I couldn’t have been happier when I left! Definitely coming back to see her on a regular basis now and you should too!

I got my haircut by Sheena for the first time after having to find a new stylist. She was very attentive to my wants and concerns. She told me exactly what she was doing before she did it and has excellent knowledge and expertise as she's been cutting hair for almost 20 years. The salon was very clean and had a great atmosphere. I came in to see Ari, from the day of our consultation she was very sweet and professional! I gave her a hard challenge of turning my hair from black to a balayage. She explained the realistic process and i understood it would take several appointments to get me where i want to be. We spent hours on my hair the day of my appointment, but she made the experience so much fun! I am obsessed with my hair results, even with my caramel balayage, the color and cut was a beautiful transition for me. All the girls at Bliss Salon seem to be very professional, and absolutely skilled and talented in their craft. I would recommend 100%

Recently moved to Kennewick and Bliss caught my attention. I walked in to make appointment and was set up with Emily. I was so leary of someone new doing my hair, but let me just say, Emily will now be my “go to girl”. I wasn’t really 💯 sure what I wanted and she Gave me many options. The end result was amazing! Love the color! All the girls are very friendly and a great atmosphere!

I adore Bliss Salon, and Sheena! I’ve been with her for three years! My hair went from jet black and short to platinum blonde and to my shoulder blades! She is so amazing and professional. Rachael is amazing, she did a cut and color and it came out exactly as I wanted. She is personable and friendly. Her client service skills are top notch. The salon is bright and airy with an upscale feel. A definite recommendation from me. Location is convenient and is in the shopping center with Bob's Burgers.
