Such a good AYCE Sushi place!!

I miss all the Ayce sushi places back in Las Vegas and haven't found a decent one since I moved to Virginia Beach.

Theres many rolls to choose from and lots of appetizers too. Me and a group of friends shared many delicious rolls. I wish there was an option for sweets but didn't see any on the menu for ayce. Ice cream or affagato coffee would be cool.

My favorite things were the eel rolls, rainbow roll and the mango salad. There was a crab salad that was amazing but I don't remember the name of it. ('Kani' I think??)

The staff are very friendly and quick. Whole restaurant was clean and very well decorated. Would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Sakura is the best! The food was excellent. We ordered Spicy Girl Rolls, Gozya Dumpling and a Rock N Roll (Not My Favorite). The waitress was prompt and every serving was fresh made to order. The restaurant is nice and clean. With a very comfortable atmosphere.

This was such a good sushi place!! We decided to go for my husband’s birthday with some friends. We are new to the area so were trying new places. I am very picky when it comes to fish but tried many options the restaurant had and loved it!!
When we arrived we mentioned we were together for a birthday, the staff brought out a dessert and a special gift after the meal! It was so nice and will definitely be returning!

We checked it out again after a few years. This place has all you can eat that's made fresh as you order. The food was good, and service was awesome! They came to check on us several times to make sure we had what we asked for or if we needed to order more. We had a choice between lunch or dinner menu on a Sunday. 👍👍👍

My favorite sushi spot in Chesapeake! Always fresh and service is very quick. All the servers have been wonderful in helping with the menu. I love the deep fried with eel sauce and mayo. My friend ordered the shrimp hibachi and she said it was good.

They are amazing, prices are very reasonable and the food is epic. We enjoy family dinners, birthday dinner/lunch and date nights here. The staff are always so welcoming and attentive. From solo to soccer team, they will treat you like stars.

I eat here far too often but the food is nearly addictive. I typically get the “all you can eat” lunch. There is a huge selection of sushi, rolls and other dishes for 17.95. I’ve eaten here more than a dozen times now. In every instance the food and service has been perfect. Service is very fast and friendly. Your order is made after you order so freshness is always good. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

This was my first time eating lunch there. I did the all you can eat lunch special. Everything I had was delicious. This place had sushi hand rolls. I had a spicy tuna hand roll for the first time, and it was so good I ended up having two more. I also had a spicy salmon hand roll which is also excellent. In the picture you can see two Japanese spring rolls which were good, and I also had a house salad. Their lunch special is the same price all week, which is great. I will definitely be going there after church on Sunday as they open up at 11:00 a.m. . Highly recommend this place, good service, excellent sushi and friendly staff.

The all you can eat sushi is $26.95 per person however worth the price. The sushi is fresh and the kitchen items came out fast and hot.

Pretty sure this is new management because the time I came here over 3 years ago I was unimpressed. The owners who run it now really seem to care about the service and check up on every table. The chefs care about quality, rice to fish proportion, and presentation. I was throughly impressed and satisfied.

This will now be my go to sushi place!

To put this in perspective, this is an all you can eat sushi place in a strip mall in the Walmart parking lot. Having said that, I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve been in Norfolk almost a month, coming from San Diego, where sushi places are on every corner. I stayed away from sushi because I didn’t think it could stand up against my standards. This place definitely tried to impress. The real reason I was willing to try this place is because of everybody’s review saying how nice the staff was, they couldn’t be more right. Everybody I met was genuinely a nice person. They really tried hard with the decor, it reminded me of some of the little sushi places I used to go to in Japan. I opted for the all you can eat lunch menu, it wasn’t huge in terms of raw fish but they did have a lot of options. As far as I could tell the only raw fish was salmon, tuna and red snapper. We made these work the best we could. I tried the salmon and the tuna as well as the spicy salmon and spicy tuna, no spicy red snapper but the red snapper nigiri was good. I also tried various roles that were all very good. Some of the reviews mentioned $26 all you can eat, which isn’t bad, that is what you pay in San Diego for lunch, $32+ for dinner. When I got my bill, my lunch was $16.95. I ordered 12 things off the sushi menu and only paid $17. Not only did I walk out of there stuffed, I was so impressed with the price. I will be back.

I’ve come here multiple times no whatever where I lived because of the atmosphere, service and food.

Today’s review is more important because I had it delivered through door dash to my work and to my surprise they added another miso soup and gave me additional rolls for free.

I appreciate them being open on this day that most places are closed and the fact that they didn’t have to include this additional items when I only paid for 2 things. So it means a lot to me and I will never forget the thought. Don’t worry, I’ll be back for my birthday as usual 😅

My friend an I had the All you can lunch special. Niki is the owner’s sister and she helped me with selections. Salina was our server. You’re going to love them both. They gave us a sticky cake and lovely chop sticks with spoons. Super tasty fried ice cream. Love the Bobo tea!!

One of my favorite lunch spots. They know me here as a regular, I’m always greeted with a smile. It’s like going to your favorite relatives house. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious, it’s quiet and clean. A definite 5 stars. Selin is usually my waitress - go see her!

Great tasting sushi with lots of variety. We were there when there had a special of an all you can easy sushi for only $12 which we were very sceptical of. They did not disappoint us since the food was great and the staff was friendly. Will be back next weekend for the special and when we are back in town.

First time here. Came on the suggestion of a friend. Came specifically to check out their all you can eat lunch. Two of us with a coke and green tea was about $42. Really hard to beat that for a sit down lunch.
Place is in a strip mall right near Walmart. Clean when you walk in. Booths have dividers in between, staff wears masks and gloves and masks are required to walk in. So if you're concerned with the Covid stuff there you have it.
On to the food.
We had Odom and miso soup. HOT like burned my mouth hot (usually soup at AUC places is luke warm at best). Soup was flavorful and delicious!
Shrimp shumai, gyoza and spring roll appetizers hot flavorful as well.
Had several different rolls and pieces. I put names on the pictures below to make it easier to identify. All the raw fish was amazing! Not tough like some but creamy like it should be almost melt in your mouth. The rice was sticky and not dry. I even enjoyed the fried rolls. I'm normally not a fan because they come out like a big piece of tempura with no flavor. This place managed to keep the taste and flavor of the roll with just the right amount of tempura to give it the extra kick and flavor. The sauces on top of the rolls was good too.
I am generally a pretty liberal star giver because I take into account where I'm eating and what I'm paying for it. I'd give this place a solid 6 out of 5 stars for the AUC sushi option. It has taken my #1 spot for sushi lunch!
