Kohl's

This Kohl’s location is actually great. They’re always so polite and customer oriented. I will say it is in a prime area but definitely worth my business for years.

My sister and I did some retail therapy and goodness gracious! We were there for the huge clearance sale and shopped till we dropped! Store was clean, well laid out and had much to choose from. Checking out the line was really long however they had every register open and we were checked out with a friendly associate very quickly.

I have visited many Kohl's department store locations and I am very impressed with this one. Even in the midst of a sale I was looking for a very popular size in blue jeans. A staff member voluntarily checked for the size in all of the different variations of that brand to see if any were still in the stockroom. When none were found she looked through every pair that were on the shelves in the store and found a pair in my size. You don't often find that kind of dedication in a retail store. The checkout line was extremely long but as soon as a single store employee noticed it they quickly went from one cashier to five in a matter of a minute or two. Once again that is not often seen in stores today. I'm very pleased with Kohl's selection and quality of the goods that they offer and after today I'm extremely pleased with the dedication of the staff. I will be definitely be back to this location.

Kohl’s offers some great sales. I recently was able to get 4 Christmas gifts for some of my grand children. When I got to the register the cashier helped me get all my coupons accredited and another coupon I didn’t know about. Being on a fixed budget is hard enough but the cashier went above and beyond to be very kind and respectful.

Went to the Sephora Department was greeted by Ms. Anjelica she was great answer all my questions about products that I saw in Instagram by drcharlesmd Anjelica was very helpful and very friendly have knowledge of the products in the Sephora department also Kohl’s friendly staff and very clean

The store was in disarray with all the holiday shoppers meeting up displays faster than associates could fix them. The register line was backed up to no end, but I was blessed to have Mrs. carol Dailey as my cashier. Mrs. Carol a breath of fresh air in an otherwise crazy evening dealing with all the shoppers. She was very helpful, kind, and just a joy to chat with. Kohls is blessed to have her and every associate at Kohl’s at the Chesapeake store should be requesting her as a mentor.

Had the sneakers I wanted in stock. The person working shoe department was very nice and very helpful.

We have been a customer of calls for many years however lately we haven't been there too often. This last time we were there we went because of an email that was sent that advertised an additional 30% off is in the store including the 70% advertised from clearance. The problem why in that the small print on the 30% and the small print on the 70% makes it seem like you're getting a good deal when in fact you're 30% is only available on certain items, whereas in previous years the 30% was also taken off everything that you purchased. Disappointed that this was not the case this time.
We still like Kohl's for shopping but will be more careful as to what we purchase.

Kohl's Chesapeake Store everyone goes out of their way to help make your shopping easier and pleasant for you. They are actually willing to help the customer!!

Lots of sale items today. I found a flannel shirt I purchased. My companion found a beautiful white sweater.

We like this store. We don't get there to often due time the fact that we live in N C and to far from any of the Kohl's stores.

Kohl's is still providing excellent items for good prices. You will always find something you like, whether from clothing, bedding or home goods. Just don't expect a short line at checkout they're always 5 deep, but it won't take long to move thru.

The employees make the store. Pay them more and the shareholders and CEO less.

Kohls has great deals, but I believe the best part of Kohl's is the associates. Darci at customer service is so helpful and friendly. She is always smiling and talkative. Before Christmas the lines were long at customer service, but Darci and others remained professional and helpful despite the pressure to meet the needs of those in line. I had never used self- pick up and she got me started so I could pick up my order. Thank you and Thank God for such wonderful associates! Give them a raise!

Kohl's is really stepping up their game! Really enjoyed my last visit to this store. Make sure you sign up for rewards.

I am a regular Kohl’s customer, but I always do online and pick up. Today I went shopping in store and it was great. The best part about it was during checkout I’ve never use the app in store so I was a little lost, but Tammy was so sweet and amazing about it, she quickly explain to me everything I needed to show her so I can get all my points and use all my coupons. I have a $20 kohls cash pending and I’ll definitely go in store to shop thanks to her. She deserves a raise corporate! Specially for acting so kind to customers during Christmas time when everyone seems so mad to be working.
