We absolutely love these guys. Everyone is extremely nice and know what they are doing 💯 %. We loved them as our Target pharmacy and love them now as our cvs pharmacy. With 3 children that have severe asthma, they see me quite often. Nana has been our pharmacist since they were little and the are now 15,17 and 19. Thank you guys for all you do ❤

Nana, a pharmacy tech at this location, is the absolute best. She knows exactly what shes doing (so do the other team members, but Nana stands out). Absolutely the best team members in teh store! Amazing work they do!

So helpful and nice. They go above and beyond. Never had such a good experience so consistently at a pharmacy. You can tell they really care.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years but no more. I had my husband pick up a prescription for me and he was given 2 that I no longer use. I had called twice in 2 months to let them know to cancel this script and also told them in person. I was told it would be taken out of the system. Unknown to my husband they were given to him. I called CVS immediately and was told they wouldn't take it back. It was still stapled shut and was only 1/2 hr after he picked it up. We are out $75 and can't do anything about it. I will never go back.

Like everyone else on this page, I would rate this place as a 0. Never in my life have I been treated so disrespectfully by a pharmacist! I have been a chronic pain patient for over 10 years, same doctor, same strict pain management plan which includes 4 bilateral nerve blocks a year. The assistant who answered the phone told me that my script was on back order. I explained that my doctor called it in a week earlier. The pharmacist, Wardah Naeem got on the phone and said “you live out of state! I can’t fill anything.” I explained that I’m visiting my sister for the holiday and I’ve had the prescription filled here previously when visiting. My schedule is every 30 days. Very rudely she said “Diane, I have NOTHING for you.” I knew she was lying. So, I called my doctor’s office who confirmed that my script was sent on March 29th. They apologized for the way I was treated and made a call to the pharmacy. It sounded like they were spoken to in the same manner. I eventually received my prescription after being told the vault couldn’t be opened for 45 minutes. I waited. I will be contacting CVS headquarters. I’ve never been told anything about a vault in other CVS pharmacies. I noticed that “first fill” was written on my bag. Inaccurate again. I will never return to this pharmacy, or any other CVS pharmacy. Chronic pain patients are NOT criminals and deserve to be treated with human decency and respect. Ms Wardah, What if you lived with unrelenting chronic pain that couldn’t be fixed? Every day a struggle...Or what if it was your mother? Your child? Would you want a stranger to treat them so terribly? You are in the wrong profession. You took an oath to do no harm, of being just…. I know them all. You didn’t abide by any of them.

I went in to pick up my disabled client's meds, which we were informed were delivered to CVS the day before. The lady at the register said none of her meds were here. I expressed my confusion and asked her to double check. She just glanced at her computer and said Nope. So I had to go back outside, bring my disabled client in with me, who showed her the message she received before the clerk bothered checking behind her to get her the meds (3 of them). 30 minutes of our time wasted because your clerk can't be bothered with a 30 second check to trust that I'm not lying.

I didn’t have an option to leave zero stars. My doctor had a prescription for pain meds called in ahead of surgery. I picked them up Wednesday night, and took home and put in my dresser drawer, package still stapled. Last night before I went to bed, I had my husband bring me my package, still stapled. Opened the package, then the pill container, and of the 30 prescribed, only 24 were in the container. Called the location this morning, and they called back after the did a count on their inventory. Their inventory is supposedly correct. This doesn’t necessarily mean whoever filled the prescription didn’t pocket the 6 I am missing. Pharmacist didn’t really sound to sorry about my prescription being short, and made me feel like “sorry for your bad luck”. Upsetting that not only do I have to be in pain, I have to now worry about what if I’m still in pain in a few days because someone robbed me a day and a half of pain medication.

Horrible service! I got there in the afternoon an hour after my prescription was called in. I stood in line for 30 minutes and was told they're working on it, but it'll be another 30-45 minutes. I went back at 1pm the next day and was told they're working on it. I had to wait 15 more minutes. I'm done with the Target CVS!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in a pharmacy, the pharmacist that was working today Amelie was rude and disrespectful. They took hours of my time and had me go to the back of the line when they finally filled my prescription…what a farce.
Awful customer service and terrible bedside manner. RUDE

Dropped off a prescription for eye drops, I was told it was gonna be ready in one hour. when I went to pick them up an hour later they said it was gonna be ready in 3 more hours. I asked for the prescription back they did not want to give it back to me so I could take it somewhere else.

Once again CVS in Target strikes again. My son has been on the same meds for months and they always seem to be out. I was originally told that this would not be a problem if it was an ongoing prescription. That was a lie! They are willing to give me 23 of the 30 supply but will charge me full copay. I would have to go back to dr to get another prescription for the other 7. Yep and pay another co pay. Ridiculous!

Absolutely one of the worst pharmacies. They never have prescription ready, even if you call in days ahead. Also, forget calling them unless you have a minimum half hour to spare before they even answer. Currently been on hold for 45 minutes. So yeah, don't die in the meantime.

I've seen the longest line ever here for a pharmacy in my life. They also won't fill your prescription unless you have a driver's license. I had a picture of mine and they still would not accept it even though I explained to them I had lost my wallet. Had to get somebody else with an ID to come pick up my prescription what a joke!

Antibiotics are backordered but they don't call to let you know, they tell you another half hour or ,, that'll be 3-4 hours until it's been three days and it still doesn't exist. Same goes for the people in line in front of me.

Had a prescription sent to this CVS after a terrible experience with the other CVS in Front Royal. Went shopping in the store and after we were finish went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription, which at this point had been sent almost two hours earlier. They lady at the desk first said they did not have a prescription by that name and then stated oh it had not been pulled from the computer yet and would be filled in 30 to 40 minutes.
