Region's 117

This place is definitely off the radar. Amazing view from their outdoor seating and all the staff members that I've encountered were friendly. Food was great. I got their weekly special which was wagyu burger and it was succulent and flavorful. The sweetness from the pickled paprika was amazing.

Expensive but the portions are huge and the food is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and drinks. Service was fast and attentive. Make sure you get a reservation.

An elevation of the food scene in the area. I was very impressed by the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Getting a table was a bit difficult. But the view was lovely. I hope they continue preserving and beautifying the lake to allow this area to flourish!

This place is a gem. Food and service are always to notch. Weather permitting, the veranda is also a great place to dine, During peak hours it fills up fast so be sure to call ahead for reservations. Deducted one star for atmosphere because it can get a little noisy when there's a full house, but that's the price of popularity. Highly recommended!

The food and staff are amazing! We celebrated our daughter's birthday and had a wonderful time. It's a bit noisy and harder to hear. We had 6 people in our group and it seemed the people at the ends of the table had trouble hearing the other end. Not a huge deal, but I imagine any larger of a group might have been a bit more annoying. Regardless, the food was fabulous, especially the bistro steak. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed a lively, lovely afternoon lunch with wine 🍷 and friends on a weekday. Our server was very good, the perfect combination of helpful and accessible without hovering. The atmosphere is as perfect. The outdoor setting is lovely and serene, if walking a little in shade as you walk up to the restaurant.
The interior is really beautiful and inviting me. You don’t even realize how many people are there because each booth has its own intimate setting.
The wine was perfect and the food was delicious. The peach ice cream was fantastic.
It was a lovely little getaway from daily life.

The restaurant decor is very modern and stylish with an open dining area which also provides a view of the kitchen. The food here is delicious and full of flavor, it was worth every penny. They have daily specials and a full menu including appetizers and desserts. We will definitely be going back soon to try many more of their menu offerings.

Have been back soooo many times and the food is always awesome. Staff super nice and friendly and this place is very clean top to bottom.

We sat on the porch and had brunch. The food and service were top notch, also reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place.

Went for my wife's job's Christmas party. The food was DELICIOUS! There were a few events taking place that night, it's a spacious beautiful venue capable of accommodating a lot of people. There's a lot of free parking too. They also have an area with nice art work for sale. Note that since my meals and drinks were free I don't know how expensive it is. I'll have to go again and see what the prices are like. Definitely recommend as it has a resort type of vibe.

This is the first time we've experienced Region's 117. The outside of the restaurant is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and gorgeous flowers. When you enter the building, the smells from the restaurant are incredible! We dined indoors and had such lovely wait staff and great service. The food is amazing. We started off with a Bloody Mary and a Mimosa. I ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer. For our meals we had the short ribs chef specialty and the buttermilk chicken sandwich. I can't say I have a single complaint. We loved everything! I'm already planning my next trip so I can bring some family and enjoy another delicious meal here!!

We will be coming again! Staff and waitress was very professional and took care of us throughout our entire stay. We started off with drinks, which was 117 FLAVORS OF SPRING 12 that has hendrick’s gin, chartreuse, lavender, lime, white cranberry it’s very refreshing and not too sweet and had Brussel sprouts as our appetizer. SO GOOD. I got the catfish, which I have to say…BEST THING I EVER HAD. I would give it a 12/10 (very hard for me to ever rate something like that) If you like jambalaya this is your dish. My husband got the Gaucho steak with truffle fries and that too was very well cooked. I loved how it was chard. He gave his a 9/10. It’s so scenic and beautiful as well. Great for Valentine’s did like we came here for, but for other special occasions as well.

Such a lovely experience, we celebrated a birthday here and right upon arrival we were in awe of how everything was beautifully decorated. Our server (Kaitlin) was so kind. The menu had great offerings. Our food was fresh and delicious. They have an exposed kitchen so you can see all the chefs working. Great atmosphere, great views, reasonably priced items. I would love to come back.

Every time we come here we always leave so happy! We always love to try new things here because we know it will always be good! The praline sticky buns on the brunch menu are to die for, and the sweet heat bloody mary is the only bloody mary I like. We also ordered the biscuits and gravy and the sweet honey bourbon pork belly hash. All good!

Came out from Maryland to meet up with some great friends. They brought us to this fabulous restaurant club on the grounds where they live. The atmosphere was so lively with activities all around us on this fine sunny day. The food was fabulous the staff was top notch and oh so friendly. If we did live here we would have to use the awesome gym on the grounds daily lol. Had a wonderful time touring the homes and of course our host was Outstanding 😊 Kermit enjoyed himself as well. #kermitslife

Fisrt off, let me say this is a hidden gem. We were very pleased with the staff, ambiance, and food. We didn't have reservations for dinner and just popped in and had a 30 minute wait. We went outside and sat on the patio and enjoyed the lake view while we waited. I was caught up in the moment and didn't see that the receptionist texted me. They came out and found us and let us know our table was ready. Our waitress (Amanda) was ready to serve us and brought out water immediately, let us know what the special of the day was, and took our drink order. We ordered the Crabby crab dip for our appetizer (it was delicious). It came out with amazing fresh and hot bread and visually amazing. I order the Southern Fried Catfish and my wife order the Ribeye. We were both very satisfied with our meals and enjoyed every bit of it. They were plated vary well and visually stunning. We shared the Bread Pudding and blown away with it as well. Kyle made sure we were satisfied with everything and we enjoyed our conversation with him. He made us feel that we were not just a number and asked our personal feelings about our time there. We will be back for more and get this place more known.

We just love this place ! The food is always delicious, prepared meticulously by an outstanding chef. The service staff is always friendly and efficient whenever we drop by. We'll be back again and again !

Rebecca was our server and amazing. She was personable, funny and just made the evening that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend you request her. We definitely will be going forward!

Great food place. A bit far from places but near for those who live in Trilogy compound. We had nice crabby dip with bretzel; burger of the day (i vote for medium rare rather than medium); pull rib cheese sandwich with arucula (my most favorite ones). Dont mind to come back

I've had the Cubano twice, because after the first time I had to have it again, it was that good. This time I had the French Dip sandwich. OMG, I think it was the best French dip sandwich I've ever had anywhere. So tender... lots of lean but melt in your mouth prime rib. Yummy melted cheese and a bit of horseradish sauce made it over the top. My friend had a burger which looked amazing. Next time I'm hungry for a burger I'm coming here! ( or that delicious French dip😋)

On November 3rd, we celebrated a friend's birthday at Region's 117 for dinner. Reservations were made, we arrived a little before our time. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman at the entrance, we were then seated. Our waitress Jesse provided great service, our meal consisted of appetizers fried green tomatoes and the meatball dish, the entrées were two crabcake sandwiches and two chicken and waffles dishes, house salad and dessert. Great atmosphere!!
