So happy they’ve cut back on wait times with scheduled appointments. The sales staff are friendly, helpful and work really well as a team!
I’ve been tolerating this location for over 20 years, dreading every experience; but my last few visits here have been outstanding. A very complicated but productive process getting our business account and devices upgraded to save money. Knowledgeable and helpful guidance from Bree and Cade.

The entire staff were extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. They made sure that my experience trading in my iphone for an upgrade was smooth and made sure that the process was done efficiently. I would recommend this specific Verizon store for anyone in the Hampton Roads area looking for their services. Thank you specifically to Josh and the manager!

I had an excellent experience with the store manager. He greeted me at the door, showed what I needed, and double-checked to ensure I was okay. He seemed genuinely empathetic to my problem and offered several solutions. When I asked to give my complements to his boss, he joked that he could not give out the district manager's phone number, but asked for my review. I believe his name is Donelle.

It was BUSY yesterday, but I was seen in ten minutes. My phone was going in and out of SOS mode and then finally settled in and was not moving. Turns out it was because my SIM card was burned (fun fact: common issue in the iphone 11-13). They installed an eSIM (for free) and then I was on my merry way. I was grateful for the kindness shown even among the business.

Also, another fun fact - this is the corporate location - so always make this your first choice.

Brooke went above and beyond for me today! She was extremely patient with me and took her time to help me get a new phone! I highly recommend Brooke for your phone services!

This is the best store. The store in Williamsburg couldn't help me so while I was in Newport news I stopped in to this store. The manager named Buddy told me not to worry he would help me with the problem on my brand new phone and he did. Besides that he was helping other people with there issues , checking people in and showing an elderly woman how to use the payment machine. He has the best customer service I've seen in along time. He knew how to let the customers know it would be a little wait and none minded because he was so great at his job.

Tried to get in as early as possible because this location is always busy! My SIM card died and had to get another one, which was free. Anyway my first encounter was with Cade who was just so great and helpful as well as engaging. Then there was Buddy who I tell you gave the best customer service I have had in awhile. Got me up and going as well as the purchase of a Galaxy watch I had been eyeing. Actually didn't have the color I wanted and he preceded to try and find it. Long story short Cade and Buddy are excellent at executing customer service!

After hours and hours on the phone with 1800 verizon customer service my husband and I went to the Verizon store in hopes that they would be able to help sort out major issues with our phone order and new service. Upon arrival we were helped by Taja little did she know her whole day would be consumed by helping us :) sorry Taja :)

Online customer service lets say jacked some stuff up majorly and Taja spent a total of four plus hours with us helping us try and revolve all the issues. During that time Taja displayed patience of A saint! Its hard when you have customers that are aggravated due to someone online not doing there job correctly. Taja displayed empathy, kindness and relatability all key components to customer service relations. She did not complain when she and other associates had to stay late ⏰ as we were on the phone with customer service for over four four hours . They have a great team at this location not only did Taja display outstanding customer relations Buddy also showed empathy and kindness towards our crazy 😜 chain of events and issues
These associates deserve to be recognized for outstanding customer relations going over beyond ! I would give them a raise as its very hard to find people with problem solving skills and great customer service skill set.

The manager I do apologize for forgetting his name he also encouraged his team and displayed great customer relations. Kudos to this team!!!

I am thankful for the positive interaction of this team and assistance to help us resolve issues that beyond their control.

Now where is my award for longest phone call in verizon customer service history 8 plus hours with customer support ! :)

The manager was very knowledgeable. The associate ask him about a problem with my phone because pics kept disappearing. He said I had a bad SD card. I changed the card and no more issues!!! Great Job...and customer service! A++

Wonderful experience. The manager, Shawna, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. Maya, the representative who assisted us was delightful. She was very knowledgeable and made the process of switching services seamless.

The patience, sympathy and understanding Michael has for each person walking into this store is admirable. A true team player who generously comes in on his day off to alleviate the shortage in personnel this store is having to endure.

I sat for a while and watched customer after customer unleash their frustrations and not once did Michael react negatively. To top it off, he helped me resolve the reason why I had come into the store! :)

Is there a wait? Yes and a long one, IF YOU ARE LUCKY because they pretty much are by appointment only. However, with Michael at the door I hope you're visit is a productive one.

Lino's customer service was outstanding. I went into the store a little on edge and he remained very professional and helpful. Very Impressed with Lino and his leader. We were not able to resolve my issue but gave me some options.

My phone had upgraded and i didn't know how to find my Google. The guy figured it out very professional. And on my way very pleased. Thanks Verizon great job

Becca was amazing! She knew her stuff and was extremely helpful and funny. She was also very patient with us as we works through the best plans for us.

Taja was so sweet. The other gentlemen (I think he was a manager) and he was very sweet as well. They helped with everything I needed even though they were short staffed. Didn't have to wait too long. Recommend!

My husband needed a new SIM card in order to activate a replacement phone after his broke. We went in during this past weekend without an appointment. They told us they were short staffed as several people had called out. We were told the wait would be around 45 minutes (although they couldn't guarantee that) and there were several other people waiting when we got there. We wound up waiting only around 20 minutes and the employee was able to get us a SIM card and get the phone activated quickly and easily. He was very nice and helpful, I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him specifically. I have worked retail short staffed before and usually have to deal with unappreciative customers and people who can't wait more than 5 minutes before throwing a hissy fit (as exhibited by another customer while we there). The employees that did show up to work that day did their best and I'd say their best was exceptional. Will definitely be going back to this location if needed in the future.

This place is 1 of the greatest stores that I really love, it is hard to find the right phone that I really love the most when it comes to pictures and the battery life, those are the main reasons why I love all of the cell phones

Craig, store manager . Was absolutely amazing great customer service , he was very knowledgeable, was able to answer our questions and provide great advice. Not pushy at all. We love going to this store. Will definitely keep coming. He informs you of all possible deals and discounts and isn't overbearing if you say no. Go see Craig at this location he's the best.
