Med Emporium

Ran in to get last minute compression bra. Staff was super friendly and helpful, including Jimmy who was there as soon as i walked in!

I had a wonderful experience yesterday. I went to Med Emporium to buy a cane. Unfortunately, when I entered the store, I fell down. Jimmy immediately rushed to my aid. He had me sit in a chair and brought me various canes to choose from. Then he retrieved my walker from my car so that I would not fall again. He accompanied me to my car and was totally supportive all the way. I would definitely shop Med Emporium again.

I walked in, having no knowledge of the points to consider on a walker device for my mother in law. We left having made a solid decision and with accessories that we hadn't thought of. Christine and Kim were amazing help.

Our family wishes to highly praise the staff at the North Batttlefield Blvd. Med Emporium. We have purchased several products there and always received excellent service. Most specially, however, my husband needed to fix my dad's walker that he needs for mobility. While my dad was at dinner at his senior community, the staff helped my husband find parts and repair the walker on the spot right before closing time with a beautiful attitude and great efficiency. Our family is grateful for the customer service and kindness of this staff!!

I went to Med Emporium in Chesapeake immediately after my mom had surgery as we quickly realized that she needed a specialized chair. The story is long and complicated but what Rebecca did to get that chair into my mom's house before I left to go home (visiting from out of state) in the middle of COVID, with shipping delays and on and on is REMARKABLE! The best part of it all is that I feel we now have a relationship with Rebecca and Med Emporium so going forward, my mom will be known and taken care of for her medical equipment needs.

I have always received excellent, informed, and compassionate service here. My go to home medical equipment. I will always come here first.

I have always been treated respectfully, always found the employees kind and helpful. To the lady who was disappointed about returning a "used" prosthetic, that is not a "deceptive" practice. You can't return a breastpump or a bathing suit or a leg brace after it's been on the body. That's not just a Med Emp policy, that's a health issue. It's not sanitary, period. Liz, RN

BEWARE: RETURN POLICY IS DECEPTIVE. Purchased an ankle brace for teenage son. It was too inflexible so returned it with receipt. Was informed because it went on foot was unreturnable. Neither receipt nor section of store with ankle braces indicated that not returnable. RIP OFF. DO NOT PATRONIZE.

I CONTACTED THE STORE BY PHONE TO ASCERTAIN THE AVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT. I WAS PLACED ON HOLD AND I AM STILL ON HOLD AFTER 27 MINUTES . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS NOW 30 MINUTES ON HOLD STILL NO ONE PICKED UP TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP. I GIVE UP .
