It’s location I like it’s on 701 Battlefield boulevard north suite A very convenient location and convenient for parking, the tools I bought for home project and garden were at affordable price and some were on sale saved a lot.Customer service is excellent very help to find the right products. Store is very clean and well organized, tons of tools.

Tools you need or want Harbor Freight has it all. Just right for home use. Very helpful employees.

Returned a tool my uncle had bought. Thing is he had passed away and return expired by 2 days .But they gave us store credit to help us out.

Great place for many of my hardware needs. In my case, a short extension cord. I love how the chords are categorized into gauges per shelf. With lower prices than major hardware stores, combined with double digit percent coupons, it’s definitely my go to place.

Very friendly people here. Called ahead and they set something aside for me. They have great prices on things. I bought a pop-up, small lanturn for 3.99. It is super bright and perfect for an emergency like when the power is out...or for camping! Definitely will be back here.

Customer service rep went beyond out of their way to help me

As always HF was clean and well organized. There were a ton of customers in the store but HF had all registers open and employees were on the floor helping folks. Altogether a good shopping experience unlike the big box hardware stores.
