Rite Aid

I stopped by in a hurry after work to pick up batteries for a toddler's toy, Dwayne or Jordan (didn't catch his name) was near the doorway as I entered, he not only acknowledged me but greeted with a smile. He referred me to the section and later on double checked that I was all set with my purchase. Truly appreciate the small efforts in such a simple transaction. My stop didn't require a Google review but for sure made me think of posting one just by doing his job and taking that extra step and being kind. Keep being you Dwayne/Jordan! Hope the store and business hires more like you.

My son was seen at an urgent care when he was sick we had our prescription called into CVS and to make a long story short after 4 hours of trying to find the medication (Amoxicillin). I had to re contact the Dr and had it switched to rite aid and they were amazing Adam was super helpful and had great work ethic. My 7 year old is thankful for the rite aid team and please continue to value Adam team members like him are hard to come by!

I just want to say that Katrina and Gary as well as the rest of the team members at this location are awesome! I know they are just as frustrated as the customers with all the backed up stores not only Rite aid. This is happening all over the country. They are working long hours to remedy this issue. My son and I have special needs and breathing issues are a high priority. They do their very best to get us the meds we need to stay out of the hospital. I am a stroke victim and sometimes I need things explained in simple form. They are so accommodating. I believe Gary and Katrina deserve a bonus of some sort because they are not quitters. The store manager is so helpful as well. We live in NC and they try to get us what we need so we don't have to make several trips. It would be nice to have a rite aid in Moyock.

I love Rite Aid at Gainsborough Square in Chesapeake, VA. The pharmacists are helpful & knowledgeable. They take time to answer questions. You are greeted when you walk in the door, the staff are friendly & helpful & the pharmacy store is just the right size to carry all the essentials, medical supplies, cosmetics & fun stuff. They have a drive through for convenience. The only improvement would be to have a 24 hour Rite Aid in this area. Their prices are competitive. I don’t understand the negative feedback from others. Is it old? June 2019.

Joe is very kind, pleasant and he listens with compassion. Thank you Joe for helping me navigate on how to take care of my mom's hospice medications. You made my burden lighter. I appreciate your care, sincerity and concern! Continue what you do because you are a blessing other family like mine.

I've been shopping here for the last 3 years. I always find what I need. Great prices and offers. Friendly store workers and pharmacists.

It’s fine. It seems odd though to have a whole Vicks vapor section but then to have the typical Vicks not in the section. Took me like 15 minutes to find it.

The pharmacist here, Joe, has been so pleasant to work with! He has made vaccines much less traumatic for me!

Prescription move from 833 N Battlefield Rite aid when they close have not have problems from submitted my prescription online,11/21walk in pickup my medication walk out used the prepaid options.

If you have a problem with a prescription refill ask to speak with Sarah the Pharmacist. She is kind, warm, caring, and thoughtful. She will go the extra mile to ensure the prescription is filled to the best of her ability. If there is a problem with a prescription refill, avoid wasting your time discussing the matter with Valerie who is a pharmacist counter employee. She is rude, condescending, and presumptuous.

Fully stocked pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled quickly. Convenient for quick shopping needs.

Takes a little longer than I prefer to get prescription filled but the service is always excellent and treated with the up most respect.

Standard pharmacy. 4th star for customer service from the nice lady at the register that helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
