I have my gripes, but I keep going back because they have the best deals on kids clothes. You really can't beat the prices or selection. Baby gear selection can be good too, as well as books and toys. You never make as much as you want when selling to them, but it's better than nothing! Worth the stop in!

Great selection of gently used clothes, toys, shoes and kid gear, reasonably well organized and the price is right - especially when they have their sales!

I purchased a little pink mini cooper for a friends child for Christmas from this store and not only was it in excellent condition but the staff at this store couldn't have been more helpful! The price was an incredibly good deal! Thank you for making my gift this little girls favorite!

This is a parents dream. Especially if you are on a budget but want your child to have some amazing clothes. This store has it all from gently used to brand new items and the staff is amazing. Come by and see what they have to offer. Once Upon A Child is here for you and your child.

First time coming here as new dad, their inventory is huge. Not everything is used, if you get lucky there are some brand new clothing. Definitely recommend coming for inexpensive clothes for your little one. The lady’s working there are friendly as well.

I’ll be honest; I’m not really sure where the bad reviews stem from. But I have been to this location and my experience was excellent! I received great compensation for my items and quality customer service. I was properly greeted when I entered the store and when I was in line.

The Once Upon Child in my hometown, Savannah Ga, never compensated you fully for what you were selling and eventually I just gave up with them. So coming here was a big relief. I hope this review motivates you all to continue to provide exceptional services! Thank you.

Pretty organized, great prices and great selection! The staff are extremely friendly. I saw a woman struggling to carry her bags after checking out, while she was balancing her baby, and the cashier helped her get her stuff to her car. Very sweet of her. Overall great experience.

Place is wonderful for choosing baby clothes. Staff is very tentative.

Nice staff and good selection decent price

This was a great store. Babies only wear a size for such a short period of time so it was nice to find clothes at a discounted price. My friend suggested I make sure to smell the clothes because she had bought a pair of baby jeans that smelled like cigarette smoke and she couldn't get the smell out of them. They had a large sale with 30% off most of the store so we stocked up for the next few sizes.

Legit the cleanest most organized Once Upon a Child I have ever seen. The clothes were so organized and the aisles were so clean. Everyone spoke and used excellent customer service. I'm new to the area but definitely LOVE this location!

Always fun to hunt for a bargain and I've not come across an unreasonably priced item, ever. Whether selling to or purchasing products from OUAC, I've never had an unpleasant experience. The employees are all efficient and seem to have "the process" down to an art.

Had a great experience selling (and shopping) here! Girl at the desk was very helpful and walked me through what they can and can’t take and was very accommodating with my questions. They won’t buy everything but I love that I can get a few bucks and shop around for gently used items. Great selection and clean store. I will be back!

The staff is exceptional. Every visit Is pleasant and makes me want to come back. They are reasonable and the ladies are soooooo nice. The variety of items you get for the price is great.

I went in this morning to sell a bag full of clothing and some shoes, and just hoped for the best. You see.....I checked the store out before (and bought some items), so if they are selling jeans for like 5.50 - 9.00, of course they're gonna purchase my items for a lot less. This is a business, so I cannot purchase a pair of pants for $15.00 and expect to sell them for $12.00 (designer or not). My children have outgrown their clothes, so I was just happy to be able to exchange them for what they can wear now. I just went inside to sell items with no expectations, and walked away happy with my gains. Some of my items they gave back to me, I can just donate to CHKD. If they do not choose your items, it's not personal - I promise. Kudos to the store, the owner, the employees, and to every buyer and seller that walks in there:)

Great prices, selection, and CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love this store for all my friends who are having children and grandchildren!! This store is neat, clean, and well organized. The staff seems to love what the do and it shows! Great high-energy in this place! I START my shopping here and never have to go anywhere else. I was very impressed to see an owner working along the staff (with a cast on her foot, no less). Locally owned small business we should all support!

The one thing I have to say is every time I call or go by there there not accepting anything! I called right when they open like they tell me to do and already there to MUCH OF EVERYTHING!

Once upon a child NN always has a good selection of whatever your looking for and stuff you didn't know you needed too! Went because my daughter needed a walker. They had one very clean, nicely kept only $15. Enroll in their reward program you won't regret it.

I was extremely apprehensive about coming to this store after reading the comments available online. When I came in the store, I was immediately greeted by a smiling face who explained the current deals and asked if I needed any assistance. What an absolutely wonderful find! The customer service is lovely, and clothes are reasonably priced. Everything is exceptionally well organized and easy to find, and there is a huge selection to choose from. I will definitely be returning here frequently in the future!
