I used Advanced Septic Services for the first time. I was pleased with the prompt service, the communication between their dispatch and driver, and last but not least the professional nature of the driver who performed the service. Dane was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable. He gave me pointers and advice on what to look for in the future, this being my first home with a septic system. Thank you very much, and kuddos to Dane for his overall professionalism. What a great image to project for a company. I will be using your services and recommending your services when able to.

Dane was great, prompt service. He was able to identify the issue (which ended up being different that what I had expected) and fixed within an hour to get my system back up and running.

We ran into backup issues with our septic system so I scheduled a pump out as soon as we could. They gave me an arrival window and got there at the earliest time they said, which was appreciated. Dane was our technician and was informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. He had to give us the bad news of our drain field needing replacement, but it softened the blow feeling informed about why it’s needed & what the process will be, as well as giving advice about how to deal with the issues that might arise while we’re waiting for a permit from the city.

Overall a great experience. Called for a septic pump out and was greeted by a real and friendly person who scheduled for the next available slot at a reasonable price.
The service tech Dane was fantastic. He arrived on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and was very knowledgeable. Dane pointed out potential issues, offered multiple options for resolution, and was able to answer all of my questions.

She knew the problems I was having and called me as so soon as there was an opening even prior to my appointment. I will recommend them to my friends.

Can't ask for a better company. Just had my drainfield replaced this week and the communication was great, service was excellent and everything was on time as promised. AS installed the septic system years ago with no issues. Dane completed a tank pump out as regular maintenance today. He was very polite, respectful of the property and numerous trees he had to maneuver around. I will not hesitate to call AS in the future.

We needed a septic clean and inspection for the purchase of a new home. We called Advanced Septic (whom we've used in the past for clean out services) and the promptly came out the next day. Dane was our serviceman and not only was he friendly, and professional, he was efficient, thorough, informative and took great care with our yard! He even went above and beyond to return later in the day to install a filter! Amazing service and will definitely use them and recommend this company and Dane in the future!

I had Advanced Septic out to pump & re-filter my septic tank. Dane was the tech. He was super friendly and efficient. He answered my questions, gave me information on the state of my tank and plotted out exactly where the tank was in the grass so I would know. He completed his work in about 40 minutes. Very smooth, easy service! Highly recommend!

Called early on a Monday morning and they were able to schedule an appointment between 2-4 pm the same day. Dane actually was able to come 2 hours early. Dane was very personable and explained everything he did and what should be expected with a septic tank clean out. He was able to get things back to normal in under an hour. Having your septic tank back up, especially over a weekend, is never fun. Advanced Septic and Dane made the experience as painless as possible. I will definitely call them again in five years when the tank is due for a service again!

Dane was very knowledgeable about septic systems. He drained our septic tank and told us about a drain field issue we had and offered his expertise on how to correct it. I would highly recommend him and will be calling them back in the future
