Jason, the store manager, makes it easy to shop here by making it a one stop shop. He’ll place orders for you and schedule deliveries to best serve you. If they don’t have it - just ask and they might be able to get it on order so that you can eliminate stopping at multiple stores and save time.

The people that work there make it great. Not management so much though. It's the workers (locals) that make you feel welcome.

Good customer service is so hard to find these days let alone great service, Helen is amazing! Great personality and very helpful, need more people like her in the world!

Employees are great here and the store is stocked well. They proactively offered to carry a large item to the front for me and loaded it in my car without me even asking. Prices were better than other big box stores for pet supplies too.

Leesburg store great service from staff. Mickey was very helpful loading and explaining operation of safe that was purchased.

Curbside pickup is so quick and smooth here. I’ve never had to wait even 5 min. This is a great place to buy affordable pet supplies, cute country decor, and lots of other things.

This review is four years late, so take it with the proverbial grain of salt. This TS store was where I went to get supplies for my pet rabbits (2011-2018) and they always had what I needed. Timothy hay (they were older rabbits), pellets, chewable toys, treats and fencing (so that they could run freely about the room without me worrying about them chewing an electrical cord.) You could (and I presume still can) get half-hay bales. One half-bale easily lasted both them both about five to six months. Heck of a lot cheaper than buying it by the bag at most pet stores.

Went here to buy a trailer for my business. Not only was the price reasonable for said trailer but the level of customer service exceeded any other retailer I've ever been to. Somewhat rare to see that kind of work ethic nowadays. Huge thanks to Hannah, Mark, and Chris... these employees helped me tremendously. If you guys are reading this -- Thank you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I wish I discovered this place sooner! I happened to be there on a day the District manager Erin was there and she was very very helpful. She took 20 minutes out of her day to help me login into my Tractor Supply rewards when I was having an issue. She went above and beyond!

Always have a great experience at TSC. From up in Michigan to down here in Florida, the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Shelves are always stocked and their prices are always reasonable. My wife has taken a liking to the home decor and appearal. Love this place!!

All store Mngrs and Associates WORK INCREDIBLY HARD to help you have what you need.
With the “Covid” situation… what they do not have on hand or receive during shipment is NOT the stores fault!
Blame ONLY, Tractor Supply Corporate for poor logistics, misleading, too few supplies and inaccurate order fulfillments.
The individual stores cannot be faulted for what they do and do not receive.
Corporate Tractor Supply had/has been told countless times by many of us local shoppers that the Groveland store was far too busy for what little they were and still are shipped. The store EASILY has DOUBLED in customer base!
Tractor Supply Corporate has been well informed of this, MANY YEARS PRIOR TO COVID.
Why Corporate has refused to ship MUCH MORE of “everything” to the store is/has been a very poor choice on Corporate part.
ALL the employees of this Groveland, Fl store ARE OUTSTANDING all the way around!
I’ve had to drive to other Tractor Supply stores to get what I needed and still, the Groveland, Fl store is the best!
I’ve been using this store since opening years ago.
Under the new store Mngr “DAVE,” this store is outstanding on customer service, helping you in general, looking things up, and deliveries.
During the worst part of Covid my deliveries were there.
Ppl need to remember, ANY-ALL stores WERE SHORTHANDED and possibly running behind some what or weeks out.
I was grateful for my Deliveries and the help that the Driver “JOEL” gives to us, no matter what time he arrives! We ARE grateful!
We tried very hard to “stay ahead” so IF my load was late, it wouldn’t impact my day or interruption of feeding my livestock.

Tractor Supply has a lot of things that anybody that lives in the country needs one of the best things I like about Tractor Supply as their bolt selection they sell their bolts by the pound rather than by the peace so it is always good just to go by and get a bag full of random size bolts cuz you never know when you're going to need a bolt that is just about an inch longer than the one that you have or a quarter inch shorter

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. When I mentioned I hadn't found a product they called the back room and a young man brought it out. Shopping here is like going to your little General Store. Love it.

This store has so many good pet products. I buy all of my Blue Buffalo brand dog food here. There are also many high quality tools here.

These people just rock. Every time I go there they find a solution to my problems or offer an alternative. Now and then I have to kind of kick him in the Shins to keep certain things in stock but what do we expect ;-)

Clean and friendly store. Lots of choices for all kinds of products.

I also have been a long time customer of Tractor supply and not once have I had any issues. The team at the Groveland store are great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Keep up th he great work guys.

Luv this place. I first looked online for the boots that I bought the year before and when I went to the store they were cheaper. We of course bought them and very happy with the price.
