Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

I can't praise this place enough. Rooms are immaculate, beds are unbelievably comfortable, bedding is first-class, and the free breakfast which includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, cereal and fresh fruit can't be beat. To top this all off, the wi-fi is lightning fast. All this for a great rate.

More bang for your buck!! Rooms are superrr spacious, customer service was good, breakfast was delicious and filling enough & STILL PLENTY EVEN AT 8:30AM.
Yess I would come back again even though the location is Okayish, and this is my second stay. Cheap and WORTH IT!! Oh one thing for the people that complain about stairs, just book in advance & make sure you ask for the 1st floor.

The Security man at the hotel was very nice, while making his rounds he asked me if I had my parking pass and unfortunately I didn’t but he made me aware that the cars here that don’t belong here will get towed and advised me to get a parking pass and told me to have a wonderful night. Honestly with him being here makes me feel a lot more safe and I definitely highly recommend staying here because of the friendly lady at the front desk and the security here. The lady always greets you with a smile and is always very nice.

These rooms are AMAZING! They are a bit spendy but TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY! beautiful, clean, home like feel with a gorgeous decore and very very comfortable atmosphere. You won't be disappointed. It doesn't even feel like a hotel.
The maid DID just walk in without knocking and I was taking a bath and was NOT covered by the shower curtain (she got a surprise of her life lol) however I don't really feel like it was totally her fault as I got the room last minute and the first people bailed on their reservation and housekeeper was not aware the room was re rented out. I still believe she should have knocked but I don't blame her at all. It was just a surprise and she got just as red in the face as I did. Haha
10/10 would recommend this hotel for ANYTHING. Wether it's business, pleasure, vacation or just a night away from home. Definitely romantic and your S/O would LOVE it.

Customer service was amazing too.

My car broke down pretty late on the freeway and I was towed to a nearby auto shop. I came into the hotel after midnight and Becky, at the front desk, was SO very helpful and kind! She got me squared away quickly and I was so grateful to sleep in a bed instead of my car! 😊 the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable! I slept great. There is a lovely warm breakfast in the morning and an Albertsons a couple minutes walk away if you need anything else! Absolutely recommend and hope you get to talk to Becky, she’s a real gem!

NO blow dryers in the rooms but the desk clerk was incredibly nice and sympathetic as I explained “This is not right!” No dryers to borrow either. Bring your own. Room wall heater keeps the room warm AND dries hair pretty good too! Thanks for a great comfortable room. Super clean!

Loved this hotel, rooms are very roomy and so clean. For a 25 deposit you can bring your dog.
Staff was very friendly and beds are comfy. Make sure you stay at this Red Lion.

The service is awesome and the rooms are very clean. They serve a hot breakfast and treat their guests with respect always going the extra mile to assure you are satisfied with your stay.

The guest house is a awesome place to stay. The rooms are like little apartments and have a diving wall from the beds into the living room for extra privacy from anyone in the room that mite be getting some sleep wile someone is watching TV. The staff is very nice and the owner is a great guy. They also have awesome breakfast buffet style every morning from 6am to 9am. Also they have vending machines and laundry services on site also. I give the guest house 6 stars

Hidden treasure for sure!! This was our first stay with this brand. We were very pleased with the decision to give it a try and will absolutely go back again. We were met by a very friendly and professional front desk. No hidden charges, simple, easy and FAST check-in.

Rooms are just absolutely fantastic. Lots of natural light as well as lamps. Plenty of outlets for charging all our devices. Huge television with lots of options and so much space! After traveling for hours in the car it was so nice to be able to spread out and just relax.

FRESH coffee 24 hours in the lobby! Microwave and fridge, and lots of counter and closer space. Beds were perfect and so comfortable. Great inviting color schemes and just a home away from home feeling.

Breakfast in the morning with a mix of hot and cold foods. Perfect. Check-out was quick and again a fantastic front desk associate.

Such a surprise all of this was actually cheaper than the competitors who actually offer less for a higher price point!

I'll tell you what. The red loin hotel was the quietest most comfortable place I stayed at in a little while. The room had a kitchenette sofa bed and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Fairly new carpeting. It was a very fast checkin. The hotel clerk was very nice. Had breakfast in the morning. It was good. If stay there again.

Quiet and clean and really nice staff. Breakfast has a lot of options and runs for a few hours which is nice. Not having to rush and get your breakfast before they shut it down a big plus for myself.

I was so tired, I fell a sleep fast & woke up late. Check in desk was nice & room was clean

I am enjoying my stay here!! It's a very clean n quiet place. The staff are very friendly n accommodating...if you need something..extra towels, tissue, etc...they will get it for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday or when you wish to have it done....perfect for me. I am here for cancer treatment, so every few days are good for me. The rates are excellent and affordable!! I will stay here again in future!!

Very nice clean rooms with great service! The continental breakfast was mediocre. It was the same every day. Biscuits and gravy with an egg. There are some other options for waffles. There is a very limited fruit selection, but it's what you would expect for the low price.

Got stuck in town cause my car broke down. I decided to stay here for the night. The receptionist in the evening was really friendly and got me set up with a GIANT room for a very reasonable price. I didn't have a chance to book with an online site but she gave me a very competitive price, I would even say its cheaper to walk in than to book third party.

Room was clean, shower had good pressure and was hot, very happy with my stay
