Amazing staff! They are so welcoming and personable. I had a lot of questions, and they are always willing to spend as much time with you as you need. I saved $412.37 when I moved my home and auto insurance over from USAA, and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I love working with Courtney Williams at Pemberton Insurance Agency. She is friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend working with her! Courtney deserves 5 stars.
The office, however, I can only rate 4 stars because I have experienced several mistakes by the secretarial staff which is frustrating.

State Farm has always been top notch but Courtney makes it even better. She is always friendly and professional. My son was recently in an accident in another state and one phone to Courtney and she emailed a copy of his insurance card to him within minutes. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

I know a lot of people don't take time out of there busy day to compliment companies anymore. Usually its to complain about something or try and get something for free. I just want to share that I have been with State Farm for a very long time. I choose to stay because the service I receive from this Agency and its staff. Taylor was extremely helpful in running all sorts of varying scenarios when I was trying to buy a new car and bundle home and auto with a new provider. Their rates are very competitive and the staff was more than patient to help me out and run through all my questions over and over.
