Portillo's Clermont

Portillo's proved to be a delightful dining experience from start to finish! The menu was impressively diverse, offering a mouth-watering selection of dishes that cater to all tastes. Each dish we tried was cooked to perfection, with flavors that danced delightfully on the palate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and vibrant, making it a perfect spot for both casual diners and special occasions.

A special thanks to our server, Emma, who was a standout with her exceptional service. Emma's attentiveness and genuine warmth made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and ensured that our every need was met promptly.

We ate at this Portillo's location shortly after it opened and the experience was wonderful. The staff was helpful, the food was hot and despite the large order our wait was short. I cannot recommend the chocolate cake milkshake enough!

Portillo’s - Clermont, Florida is my new favorite burger joint! Service was phenomenal! Lines move very quick! Food is delicious & fresh! Restaurant is beautiful! I love the atmosphere! I give 5 stars.

Oh boy, we have been waiting! And they do not disappoint! Perfect onion rings, perfect French fries, a burger to die for and a chicken sandwich to rival the best of them. I was extremely glad I was able to get the sneak peak pass. We will be back again!!

Was able to go to the pre opening and man oh man does it feel good to have a portillos in Clermont! I got a chili cheese dog and my wife got a cheeseburger! Both were delicious as usual. Onion rings are fantastic and fries are good especially with the cheese sauce! Highly recommend going when this place opens up!

The food was good. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant was dirty and they ran out of ice. We understand because it is new, BUT they really need to step it up.
Lots of parking. The drive up is also fast.

They have very tasty food. My fav is Italian Beef sandwich. Service was fast. Atmosphere is very clean and peaceful.

Portillo's new Clermont store is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and impeccable service. The food? Simply divine. Whether you're craving their legendary Italian beef sandwiches or their mouthwatering chocolate cake shake, every bite is a taste sensation. I find myself drawn back no less than twice a week—it's just that good! Five stars, without a doubt!

I got a Chili Cheese dog w/ onions, someone else got the Italian sausage + beef, and another person got the Polish hot dog.
We all enjoyed our food!!! The workers there are so very sweet + kind!!! I loved being there, and the friendly/happy atmosphere was so nice!!!
Although it was quite busy, I did not wait more than 5 minutes for my food, they were so quick and well organized!!! In fact I waited just under 5 minutes for my HOT food!!!

Let me start by saying that I love Portillos, all three of them in the Orlando area. This is the only one that has a free style soda dispenser (cherry coke too). It has a Citrus Tower display inside, and if you sit by the north window you can see the real Citrus Tower.
We've been to this three times so far. Usually I get a hot dog. I love the snap when you bite into them. This last time I got the Maxwell St polish dog. I liked it better than the hot dog. It's bigger and more expensive, but I got to take some home for a second lunch.
When I order hot dogs I get chopped raw onions. The polish dog comes with sauteed onions. That's was much tastier than I thought it was going to be. I hooked to it from now on.

Stopped in to Portillo since I was craving an Italian beef. I hadn’t tried this location and being from Chicago, I know the food is good. This location made our day. We wanted to try their fish sandwich we saw advertised and drove up to get our order. It was taking a bit of time for our order as they had to make the fries fresh and fish. The attendant kept us reassured and the manager was so nice as well and came out to make sure we were good. So thankful for great service and fresh food. Thank you.

We came in on the first day opening and it was great, just as good as when we had it in Chicago. The staff were super friendly and everything came out tasting great. Worth a stop for sure.

Very fun place to have a burger. I love the old diner feel, and the old music. We came on a Friday night, and even though they were pretty busy, we had our food within 10 minutes of walking in the door. We will definitely be back! In the future, I think this place will be a great spot for local classic car meets.

Portillos is always on my list of casual eats. If you ate in the Clermont area near 27. Right on Colonial there is a new one and it's clean, fast and absolutely delicious. From authentic Chicago hotdog to Italian beef to surprisingly good chicken sandwiches. And yes, they have draft beer.

We grew up eating at Portillos. Best Chicago hot dogs, beef sandwiches, burgers, and other delicious foods. Didn't offer the tamales like other locations, but definitely not a deal breaker. Staff is great! Always helpful. Was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed every visit.

Is a full experience for the retro 1900’s experience 🍿 and fast food favorites 🌭🍔🍟🥪🍪 Kids paradise for sure! Great job bringing this ambience to Clermont.

We have been to Portillo's in Chicago and we were happy to see one here. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the establishment and it is Portillo's. The service was fast but a bit incorrect in that we didn't receive everything we ordered(we wanted some "sauce" on the side) but it was still damn good. I recommend this place and just enjoy until the opening jitters are worked out.
