Comfort Suites Kennewick at Southridge

This was a great location. A nice facility, very clean. Attentive and accommodating staff. It was packed and they still shined. Well done! Thank you for a lovely stay. Breakfast was delicious as well, so many options.

Staying here was an unexpected treat. Visited the area for 3 days. I didn’t expect much. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the modern look and space of the lobby and rooms, the friendly staff, phenomenal cleanliness!!!, lots of plugs to connect your devices, and awesome free breakfast.

Clean, spacious, and a friendly helpful staff. Great selection for the included breakfast. Quick access off the freeway was a major plus and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Will definitely book here again in the future as this was a great stopping point between south eastern Idaho and our final destination in western Washington.

Second time staying here. It's clean, as quiet as can be next to a busy highway. Breakfast is amazing, and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Great space in the queen suite. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Some minor flaws but overall pleased. This will be our go to hotel anytime we're in town.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel feels new. I love Comfort Suites. Smells nice too. They handle large groups well, with spacious parking areas, plus-sized rooms, and huge lobbies. Service staff are friendly, and I always appreciate the free cookie on arrival. If you have a large group (like a soccer team), this is definitely the place to stay. There are lots of restaurant options nearby as well.

Ive stayed multiple times here and its been very consistent. Very clean hotel, fairly quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast, good area.

I travel to the Tri-Cities regularly and this is always my recommendation of where to stay. It's super clean and new. They have a great fitness center and complimentary breakfast. They also have the fountains you can refill your water bottles at! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. This hotel is on the edge of town which I prefer because it's quieter and feels very safe. Highly recommend.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in Kennewick and we have stayed at quite a few in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was decent, and overall was a great place to stay. We ended up booking a 2nd stay on our way out of town vs finding a random hotel. That's how impressed I was with this place.

What a great place to stay 2 full nights! The rooms are very large, well equipped and clean. The full breakfast was AMAZING. We used the pool and hot tub that were clean and well maintained, and the fitness room was spacious and had a great mix of machines and free weights. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A funny thing happened as we were coming in late after a Thai dinner. I told my wife this place would be even more wonderful if they had late night complementary cookies! So when we were shopping in the little shop inside the motel, we noticed they had a case full of tasty cookies for the guests! Anyway, we travel quite a bit and I can be critical when things are not as they should be, but everything was nice and clean. Suggestions are the tub in the room should have a safety grab bar and no-slip tub surface. The lobby was a little cold as was the pool But those are minor compared to how well everything else was done here.

I was blown away by this hotel! It's beautiful, new, clean and the rooms are huge. Our room was so huge we had to take pictures to show our family! The hot breakfast was nice, something for everyone. We drive past this area on the way to Seattle, I have definitely found out stopping point for next time!

We had excellent experience at the Comfort Suites! The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours-the kids loved it! Our room was very clean and spacious and we had a great view of the city lights at night! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast both mornings as well. Many options from eggs, sausage, and waffles to cold cereal, bagels, and muffins. I read a few other reviews saying it didn't feel clean, but I actually was so impressed with how clean it was. Someone was shampooing the elevator carpet and the hallways, and both times down in the lobby the floors were freshly mopped. We didn't notice the traffic noise at all either-we kept the constant fan on for air circulation and it drowned out all noises. We didn't even hear others in the hallway. People that complain about the traffic noise should either bring earplugs or choose somewhere away from traffic, problem solved😆

This comfort inn is much newer than most. I have stayed here many times and the staff is always extremely courteous and helpful, the decor is nice and mattresses are comfy. I would recommend it.

Gorgeous, very modern and exceptionally clean! I stumbled upon this place for a few days while in town and would definitely stay again! Great full course breakfast from waffles to eggs to yogurt and fruit. Something for everyone. The staff was personable and efficient.

The room was huge and spotless clean. Right near many dining options. Check in was easy and pleasant. Would stay again.
