I am a fan of the Lutz location. I have had a storage unit there for a few years.
During that period of time, I have always had excellent customer service. The staff was always very helpful with my requests and they were extremely fair. If I need a storage unit again, I will not hesitate to use them in the future. 👏👏

I have 3 storage lockers here. I can't get enough. The reason I found this place is because Patrick the salesman found me and gave me a gift basket. Ashley at the front desk is always nice and accommodating. I'll tell you, they really care about their customers here. It's very clean and easy to get in.

We are doing an in town move and needed a storage place for our and an aging parent’s things that didn’t fit in our new house. StoreRight was a perfect fit. I called and Ashley picked up and answered all of my questions - she was outstandingly helpful and let me know the difference among units and that I could rent a unit and start storing that same day. The next day we headed over with a car-full and hit traffic on the way. I was worried we wouldn’t make it and so I called - Ashley was there again. She very kindly started processing our application over the phone and stayed late, because she knew we were on the way. When we arrived, Ashley finished up with us and made sure we knew where to go to drop off our boxes in our new storage space, which was clean and perfect. Her customer service was really above and beyond.

This location is the best! The staff is very friendly and will answer all of your questions. Security is great. The areas are always clean, especially the onsite restrooms. User friendly website. Best prices around!

I’ve had a long-standing relationship for about four years now. They have provided me with all my storage needs parking spaces. I’ve always been accommodating and very friendly. Thank you for your services.

ROCKSTARS!!! We have been renting here for years/ there were 4 different managers last year alone, they were all not that great but the new manager is a real ROCKSTAR ( Ashley ) She gets things done quick and is SUPER polite! the place is clean now everything is fixed quick, even the candy got better after she was hired lolololo We also would like to say the same for the new maintenance man Mr T (Terrance?) we have never seen anyone work so hard in the 100 degree sun to make things better! And then to the Great Patrick, this guy is a problem solver with the brain of a CEO, he could find five different ways to find solutions to help a customer find happiness! Store Right did a GREAT JOB hiring these 3 ROCKSTARS!!!!

Patrick is excellent!!! Reviewed everything, answered all my questions and has genuine customer service skills!!! Made the entire experience very pleasant!! Thanks Patrick!!!

Update: called twice to ask if a PODS could be delivered for less than 24 hours to empty my unit. No return call was ever received. Had to empty unit and haul it all back to my house to fill PODS. Would have been easier and less money for me to get an answer. Follow up: fail.

Ashley made getting a unit super simple. She was quick and efficient, friendly, and professional. Any concerns were handled quickly.

This is an amazing storage facility! Very secure and clean, easy to get around inside gate and most of all, great customer service from the office staff. Covered parking when available for RV, boat, etc. Easy access from Rt 41

I've been a happy customer for almost a year now. Never had any issues or problems. Management is really professional but also personable. Always feels like I'm talking to friends & family instead of a rigid business.

Melody was an awesome help during the rental process and navigation of the storage facility access. So far everything has run smoothly and the facility seems clean and well maintained. No negs!

Melody was extraordinary. She took the time to take me on a tour of my options and explain the differences/advantages of each. Her customer service skills are TOP NOTCH! I shopped many options and STORERIGHT had the best prices and deals. The units are new & clean.

I was looking for a facility to match my storage needs and called and spoke with Yesenia. She was completely patient and thorough with all my questions and concerns. I then came in see the facility in person. It's beautiful, clean and well maintained. Yese provided amazing customer service again and got me all set up. I also enjoyed my welcome goody bag :)

The online setup (reservation or rental) was easy to follow. The only thing I could not add was my discount, which Yesenia, the Relief Manager, was able to assist me with on Day 1. I highly recommend physically examining the unit before storage. Overall, it was a very easy process and the facility is neatly maintained. One thing I would recommend to the facility manager is more parking space for vehicles.

I had excellent service from the minute I walked through the door. I was provided with great customer service, a great review of the price points and grand total. The man at the front desk didn’t hesitate to show me the unit before the purchase, review the instructions to enter the gate and the unit building. He was kind and provided answers to all my questions. I highly recommend this storage place. They have deals going on right now that’s a steal!

The location is so convenient and the office manager so helpful. I went in to see a unit after I reviewed the website and saw a special promotion. I went back a week later and signed up for the unit I wanted. I also purchased a lock, some wrapping tape and paper in the store (at very fair prices). It was a nice touch for them to give me a goodie bag with useful items. I appreciate doing business with them so far.

We have had a 10 by 20 climate controlled unit for about 10 months. Moved half of out stuff out and StoreRight was very accommodating in giving us a 10 by 10 very close by. The move went great and we are still very impressed by their customer service as we were day 1!
