Publix Super Market at Lutz Lake Crossing

My favorite Publix. This store in particular has so many great employees. It's crazy how in one trip how many employees say hi or tell me they hope I have a good day or something like that. It's often the only nice thing I heard that day. One employee, Sunny, is so happy funny and kind that I seek him out now. He's a bit older than me but I'm not sure if I can keep up with him. When he's not joking he is simply very kind. I'm not sure how but this store has found so many nice people to work on the bakery, pharmacy, cashiers and other departments. We're lucky to have them.

Everyone in the store is simply the best. From the cashiers and stockers to even the shoppers and especially the Pharmacy Doctors. They are always super friendly and helpful and they take excellent care of you. I really appreciate them.

I am a Publix shopper to the core. Love the staff, love the service, and love the atmosphere. Prices could be a little less, but that's nitpicking.

Got bogo tea and it was a great deal. 2 gallons for 3.50. Also workers there were so nice

This has been my main Publix since they opened. I know everyone by name and look forward to seeing them. Probably the saddest experience with this Publix is when those who have worked there for years retire or pass away. It's really hard to go back and not see them smiling, sharing their stories or simply saying Hi! Good folks all the way around - a true family.

Wish they had a few more specialty beers but a good selection.

I always have a good grocery experience at this Publix. They have a great selection of gluten free items. Their cashiers are friendly and I like the extra help that they offer to take my groceries to my car and load them.

Great grocery store. The place is clean and orderly, there is not a bunch of displays in the way. The store is cool, but not cold. The prices are fair. It's not the biggest Publix I've been in and the employees seem to be happy.

There's is not a better Publix in all of the state of Florida than this one. They have the best customer service, the cleanest stores, and the best tasting produce. My favorite cashier is Sabrina, my favorite customer service desk employee is Adrian and my favorite bagger is Sunny. Sunny always has a smile on his face and remembers personal stories that we've shared in passing. I think he might even know my food preferences. 😆 I love his attention to detail, which shows he cares about his customers. Every employee at Publix are always willing to help you find whatever you need and take things to your car if you request help. Best place to shop for your groceries just because of how pleasant the experience is, the quality of the food, and the rocking BOGOS.

I almost feel like the employees at this publix are family! I know most of them on a first name basis! You can't walk down an aisle without someone asking if you are finding everything you need. From the moment you walk in the door to when they offer to take your bags to the car, you feel pampered and cared for!

Very friendly staff all the time. This is one of the smaller stores, but it is very close to where I live and always seems adequate for most of my needs since it has a pharmacy.

Staff is usually very helpful, especially in produce and seafood. Sunny always makes our trip great he goes above and beyond to help with loading groceries in the car and the kids adore him!

Great place, very clean and friendly people there to help if you need it. Great selection of fruit and the subs are always worth going back
