Lutz Ace Hardware

Honestly when I go into this ace, it reminds me of growing up with my small town. You can find things in this hardware store that you can find in any big box store. They are as helpful and accommodating and knowledgeable as anyone I've ever met in any hardware store. A great experience every time. I'd rather spend a few dollars more here in support a local place like this than go to one of the big places.

Extremely friendly staff and knowledgeable as well. They were willing to cut a spare key that I already possessed whereas Lowe's and Walmart refuse to because I was not purchasing it through them. Thanks again Ace.

I love going into the store. Its like stepping back in time. The staff are such cool people. They are actually there to help you and are glad to do it. I went into Home Depot (must've been lost) because it was nearby and could not get the help I needed. I'm a pretty handy person but I didn't know what to do with a plumbing situation. After waiting forever for help I left and went to my guys at Ace. They were, of course, awesome and looked at the pictures I took of my project on my phone and went rummaging through the shelves and bins to find me the right pieces. This is typical of this Ace store. Heck, they even have a popcorn machine by the door so you walk out with home improvement supplies AND a snack. How can you beat that?

This store has everything and the folks are super helpful. Unlike the big box stores (you know who I mean), everything is displayed so that you can see what you're looking for, and the employees are friendly and willing to find things for you.

This is such a good store for household and hardware items. They have almost everything you may need at a decent price. The staff is also very helpful. I like the gift shop (boutique) they also have, it has nice holiday items and jewelry.

I like this place. It has a bit of a mom and pop feel to it even though it is a chain. Much smaller than a retail giant like Lowes, yet they seem to have everything I need when I stop in. Not only have I found it easy to find the items that I need, but the staff is also quite friendly and helpful. I honestly sometimes forget the store is here and drive right past it while going about my other errands. Hoping writing a review will help remind me to stop in pay homage to this quality establishment.

Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable. He literally helped me replace a part of my ryobi that would cost me almost half of the retail price of a circular saw.

What a service. I went there for interior paint & Zack helped me. He took his time explaining all the brands, different quality & answer all my questions. I been in other stores where I left without purchasing because I didn’t have anyone to answer my questions. He was so helpful. And I thought I was done and I came to register to pay and Maria helped me. Oh my goodness. She was so friendly and so helpful. I will definitely go there to shop from now on even though Loews is so much closer to my house but those 2 individuals made a such a difference with my shopping experience.

I stopped by this Ace when traveling through Lutz. This is a well stocked store with a huge variety of products to choice from. It was refreshing to receive assistance from the any one of the employees that worked there. I wished they were located closer to my home!

It's an Ace Hardware, so it's definitely going to be pricey as usual, but that cost comes with great perks. A few examples of those advantages would be how they have all kinds of odd things in stock, rare pipe fittings and hard to find Hardware in general, they seem to always have it. The store is way over staffed with super friendly and helpful staff (which is great for paying customers and not so great for worthless p.o.s. thieves). Easy access...quick service... fast to get in and out of. Never had a single issue with returning or swapping out items from them. Convenient. Clean, well-lit store with good morals...like NOT competing with other local specialty shops. Home Depot could/should stand to learn quite a bit about the hardware business from these guys. 2 thumbs up with 5 stars from me.

I was there last year and it was a dark and depressing cave, dirty and the employees ignored me. Today, it was hopping, clean & bright, and the employees were on it. I was greeted by two employees. One even gave all of the details of the product I was shopping for. We had a very good experience in there today. Great turn around!

I typically don't write reviews but the Lutz ACE is the best. As soon I walked through the door I was greeted and helped by an associate. I had to get a oversized custom window screen. I provided my my measurements and the screen was ready for pick up in 2 days at a great price. If you want A+ service and a business that values your time, this is the place.

I stopped in to browse the aisles while my daughter was in gymnastics. I'm planning an elaborate construction project for Halloween and this place had almost every type of adhesive, tool and paint I need for the project. WAY easier than shopping at the big box stores. The guys running the store were super friendly and I really appreciate their willingness to help. A++ I will definitely be using this store again if I need more supplies.

Lutz's Ace Hardware is a great store! Support your local merchants instead of big box stores. Associates are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Robert is Always there when you need expert help. Dave is awesome, helped me with paint. Zack is always on the spot with whatever you need!

Fun store! Great employees. Meets all your hardware needs! Gift shop attached. The ACE part has interesting gift items as well as unique greeting cards. Call ahead to find out what hours the gift shop is open.

Ace hardware has everything you may need and more.. it was fun walking around the store and checking all they had.. the people that work there are friendly and are there to help if you need them..... Then they have the most adorable shop there " ELLO Boutique" .that has the cutest thing for all occasions and something for everyone... Very friendly, nice atmosphere.. stop in you'll be glad you did. I was🤗
