Very professional, helpful and honest. When I brought in my two devices he was able to discuss the issue very calmly and nice that I felt confident in who I was leaving my devices. 2 days for 2 devices complete screen replacement! Will be returning if damages occur to any other devices.

While they were fixing my sons ipad screen they noticed the battery was bad as well.. since they were already inside the ipad they called and asked if I wanted them to replace the battery as well to save some me money later on since it was bad already and needed to be replace instead of the labor fees to open the ipad up again later on they offered to do it while it was already opened. Thought that was nice of them instead of closing it back up THEN telling me it needed a new battery, then I would have had to pay more later on to do it. The cost wasnt astronomical and we even had a pretty old ipad. Customer service was awesome and even with waiting for the part to come in it really didnt take long at all.

Amazing quick service. Granddaughters iPad screen stop working. They just happened to have the right parts in stock and had it fixed the same day. Wonderful friendly service.

CPR in DeLand identified the problem in my laptop immediately. The hard drive was bad. They replaced the hard drive and re-installed Windows in one day. When I got it home, I was able to re-load all of my programs and the laptop works great. It is so much faster than it ever was. It saved me from buying a new laptop.

I managed to crack the screen on my Moto G Stylus 5G (XT2131) for the third time, and broke the selfie camera as well. So much for the OtterBox shockproof case. Moving to an i-phone was now on the table. I brought the Moto to CPR, they got the screen and camera replacement inside of 5 days. The other repair shop took over 2 weeks to get the parts. The phone looks like brand new, much better than the previous screen replacement. The shop tech ( Jason? ) said the other shop's repair job was bogus, said something they did wrong with the adhesive and glass installation. You only get that kind of critique from someone who knows what they are doing - I would know, I did PC and laser printer repair for 20 years and I'd frag other techs for crummy work! Thanks CPR Deland! I guess I'll keep my Android 12 Moto G for a while longer. I'll recommend this shop to my neighbors.

Had then replace my iPhone11’s battery and screen. They were upfront on pricing and time for repairs. They said it would be 2 hours, it was exactly two hours. Phone is running like a chap now. I’ll take the repair price over buying a new $1000 phone any day. If you have an older premiere phone you want to refurbish rather than upgrade, this place is worth it.

CPR was great! I came in,in a panic after dropping my cell on concrete and they fixed it in an hour. I am very grateful for their consideration and getting everything fixed for me so quickly!

They were $100 less expensive than You Break I Fix, and $60 cheaper than Apple to replace the glass screen on my iPad. Best Buy would not even give a price quote over the phone. Plus the repair comes with a lifetime warranty that NO one else offered. Bravo to CPR for no BS, best price and guarantee, and quality service.

I had my phone's screen replaced here twice. When it conked out a third time without any damage from me (and I could still feel my phone vibrating when I received texts - it was just a black screen), i asked them to honor their lifetime warranty, since I was convinced it was the screen once again. They ordered a new screen and replaced it for free, but lo and behold... It wasn't the screen. I really appreciate that they honored the warranty, even though they suspected from the beginning that it wasn't the screen or their fault. Thanks guys, and sorry for the trouble.

Thought I had shattered my screen on a newer iPhone and was having a heck of a time with insurance. Hadn’t take case off for fear of making it worse. Turns out it was just the glass protector I had placed on. Guys were upfront and didn’t try to overcharge for an unnecessary repair. Will return.

I called to see if I could get a repair for a kindle that my son got for Christmas. And he gave me all of the information I needed. Even though he didn't get business from me today. He will definitely get my business on other electronics that are not on warranty. Just on the fact that his customer service skills are on point. And he did give me alot kf helpful information, like how long it would take for the part, the price and what to do if it is under warranty. I definitely recommend this place.

What started out as a one star became a five because the owner is a man of his word. We took a phone in to be repaired and the cashier gave it to another customer. The owner of CPR, Keith, went with us to Metro and replaced it with a new one! Accidents happen but CPR made it right!!!
To the person who has the old one - Karma is real. You should've returned or refused it at the counter. And ups to Metro PCS and Carlos in DeLand for making it cheaper for CPR. He saved them $400!
