They have been extremely helpful. Just a little surprised at the comfort of my Sketchers. I have been wearing them for 20 years. Absolutely loved the daily comfort of their shoes. Especially my boots working Disasters with FEMA.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was assisted by two staff members during my visit. They did not have the pair of shoes in-store that I had planned to come in to buy so they ordered it for me and had it shipped free to my home. They were offering a BOGO 50% off sale at the time and the other staff member helped me locate my size in a different style I saw while I was there. Very pleased with my trip. Sketchers has definitely increased in quality and style over the years!

Went in at like 30 mins before closing needing a pair of shoes for work. Ran to the counter.told the lady what I needed. She was attentive & showed me a few things. Got my shoe size, I ended up leaving with a great pair of work shoes super comfy. With my sketchers online, the mother's day discount. I saved alot too. Was all the way around happy Ms. Joanne and I had a lovely conversation. She got me right for my new beginnings. Thank you for your kindness.it is remembered and goes a long way.

The staff at this Sketchers are all professionals and know their brand. I was greeted when I entered and when I left. I want to thank Mikki for helping me out. I came to your location with a pair shoes that I bought online. I was not happy with my purchase but Jack was so friendly walked around with me and showed me my options. I then learned he was the manger of that location. He is a great asset to your company and this store. He makes customers feel welcomed. I now have a new place to buy my work shoes.
