First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals

We enjoyed our rental house! So close to the beach and so much room!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seahorse Cottage! It was the most charming little cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. It’s in a very convenient location for quickly getting to the historic district, where we spent most of our time. It’s also a quick drive to the beach, which is nice. The back porch and yard was spacious and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the sweet cats that would occasionally hang out on the front porch. I also had a great experience booking since Marty was so helpful and answered all of my questions during the booking process. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this quaint cottage!

This was our 2nd stay at Sea Matanzas #4 and we had a great time relaxing, enjoying the views of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. The accomodations were clean and we spent much of our time with our 3 year old Rotteweiler "Madison" chasing her ball and looking for bait fish in the surf. She was so happy and we were all relaxed during our stay. We may try a 3rd year in 2024! Great spot.

This business is awesome and Marty is the best. As someone who was completely inexperienced at planning a family vacation I messed it up. Several times. Each time I would call in a panic Marty was always there for me and fixed those mistakes quickly and efficiently. Even the wonderful woman who took the calls was pleasant and helpful. They were both so patient and pleasant. Book your next trip through them, you CANNOT go wrong.

We stayed at Endless Summer (105 F Street) in St. Augustine in April 2022. The house was fantastic. It was so easy to walk to the beach and the pool was great. We were glad we asked Marty's team to turn on the heat prior to our arrival.
The kitchen was well stocked and the house had great towels/linens. We took 4 teens who took over the lower level. It was great to have a mini-kitchen downstairs with fridge & sink.
The check-in & check-out was easy. Our one recommendation is to have better instructions and/or trouble-shooting info in the house for some of the items (wifi, Roku, wine cooler & diswhasher).
All & all, we had a fantastic trip. We would rent this property again in the future.

We had reserved a condo that ended up with air conditioning problems at the last minute. Instead of our vacation being a disaster, Marty immediately offered us a couple of alternate condos. The place that we stayed in Anastasia Condos was absolutely beautiful and a definite upgrade over our previous one. He was professional and generous and we will definitely book with him again.

Our stay at this condo was great! There was everything we needed. Comfortable beds, every kitchen utensils, comfortable furniture, 3 TV's, and a walk-in shower which we really appreciated. It is a few steps to the beach and has a perfect deck with a view of the ocean. There are 2 great pools, one is heated, excellent restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream all within a short distance. We had a great relaxing time and certainly beats snow! Im sure we will be back!

What a great property we have found through Marty. We wouldn’t use anyone else for our St. Augustine vacations. The property is always clean, well maintained and Marty and his coworkers are always just a phone call away to help us with any questions. I highly recommend their company! Thank you, Marty for being such a great host!

Our experience with Marty and First Choice was absolutely a 5 star. We had a potential disaster which was the home owners fault not First Choice. With family coming Naples and us driving from NC this was a panic moment. Got ahold of Marty at First Choice, after office hours and he had it resolved within minutes by putting us in another rental that was actually nicer. He continued to stay in contact with us until we were all settled in. It's rare these days when you receive this high level of customer service. I would highly recommend them.

We had an amazing vacation!

Our trip wasn't planned. We had a sudden need to be in St. Augustine Beach, and First Choice Vacation Rentals were able to accommodate us. We had stayed with them before, though this time we did online booking. When we actually got to the office, they remembered us like we'd only been there yesterday. I appreciate that very much.

Our rental home was beautiful. We stayed in the Beachcomber, an A frame house right on the beachfront. Our front yard was the ocean. It doesn't get any better than that. It was very clean, which was honestly surprising given the location and age of the home. It had a very rustic feel, like something I picture out of the novel David Copperfield: the ship the Peggoty family reside in.

St. Augustine had plenty to do. The beaches are great, the historic sites are interesting, and the restaurants are wonderful. I'm sure your family will have a perfect vacation.

My family and I have vacationed with Marty and Cindy for several years. They are professional and they are always on point!!. Both Cindy and Marty are great people with extensive knowledge of the Beaches and downtown!, They go out of their way to accommodate you in any way possible to help you and your family have the best vacation! I never feel as if I am bothering them when we ask questions on what to do and where to eat. I highly Recommend them to everyone wanting a piece of paradise on a decent budget.

This is the second year I have rented from Marty at First Choice Vacation Rentals and I have been extremely satisfied. He and Cindy, his office manager, make the whole process very easy. Calls are promptly returned, information about everything you need (and even things you didn't know you needed!) are provided and they genuinely care about you having the best experience possible.

I think the best rating we can give is to state we are returning for the 12th year. Cindy and Marty have always been most helpful, and how we do appreciate their personal service! They are always anxious to make sure we are satisfied with our rental property, and their standards are high. We love St. Augustine - and we love First Choice Florida Vacation Rentals.

Five-stars! Marty gave us much very useful information before we checked in. The instruction covers every single detail. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Communication both before arrival and during our stay was prompt and helpful. Beautiful property!!! Would happily recommend it! Looking forward to renting from Marty again!

This was our first time renting a vacation home and we were very pleased! The house was exceptionally cleaned and well stocked! Marty and Sandy responded to our correspondence immediately and we felt very well taken care of! Highly recommended!

This was our second year with the Beachcomber rental through agents Cindy and Marty. We didn’t know what to expect last year with our first snowbird rental experience and had some issues with the property that were readily rectified by Cindy.
We knew what to expect this year and upon arrival found the property to be in better shape than last year and Cindy also had the owners add the “Sports Package” to the Direct TV.
What we and Cindy didn’t expect is that a long awaited one day roof “repair” would turn into a four day complete roof tear-off. We understood the dilemma for a rental agent trying to book a property a year in advance and also trying to get any specific time commitment from a roofer subsequent to dealing with two hurricane seasons. We were the unlucky ones this time and just made do. Cindy was committed to getting us compensated for our “lost” four days and convinced the owners to offer us a fair restitution. We’re coming back next year confident that no roof work will be needed!

We have worked with Marty and Cindy for several years. They are professional and there to answer any questions you may have. Whenever we have had an issue with our property , whether during the week or on the week- end they have been there and taken care of the problem. Both Cindy and Marty are personable, work to find what will work best for you and really get to know you. I never feel as if I am bothering them. Their new office is lovely and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone I care about.

I have been working with this company for several years and you can't find anyone better. Totally professional from all aspects. We stayed
at Camelot by the Sea and it was really nice. This is a three story large home with bedrooms on the second and third floor to over look the ocean from across the street. with ocean balconies on both floors. Me being older --- the highlight was an elevator. This especially came in handy with luggage and groceries, or just go for a ride. I have already selected my place for next year with First Choice Florida vacation..

1st Choice is the only place to rent from for your vacation! We had an amazing time!The unit was well decorated and relaxing, very clean and plenty of amenities! Cindy and Marty will make sure your taken care of and are great with communication and helping you find the perfect spot to stay! We will definitely be back!

Haven’t stayed yet but already have good vibes. My friend and I mistakenly booked 2 different weeks. Though the person I originally spoke to said there were no cancellations, Marty told us just what to do and a short while later everything was taken care of👏.
