I don’t usually do reviews, but if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I have extensive dental work that needed to be done, and the staff was so friendly and patient with me from the time I walked in the door until I left. Keera (I hope I’m spelling it right) was especially kind and made me feel very comfortable and kept me laughing. She was also very knowledgeable and was able to help guid me in selecting the best treatment plan for me. I overheard her having to deal with an unpleasant patient, and she handled the situation with tact and professionalism! I think his mood even lightened as a result of interacting with her and the rest of the staff. The dentist was equally as kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. My hygienist was excellent. The office manager was so pleasant, professional, and funny! Everyone was just great. One of the best experiences at a dentist office I’ve had in a long time!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Dr. Ingram & Kira are PHENOMENAL. So understanding many laughs, smooth procedure. I wanted to cry because they did so good!!! I appreciate them both! Thank yal so much!

Everything and everyone were excellent. Very professional. Explained in details about what would happen next. Unfortunately this location is closing without explanation.

Good afternoon this is by far a exceptional Dental office from Customer Service to service to knowledge of services you will receive.I have 0 tolerance for pain but when I tell you I got a root canal with 4 roots fixed a extraction and i was made comfortable the whole time.I love this office and The staff.Will be going back for routine check ups

Went for a treatment plan overall was a positive experience. Staff was friendly, and service was good. Satisfied with my visit. Would recommend for routine dental care.

This was my first visit. I have been going to the dentist since I was a toddler. Every visit I’ve been nervous. This visit was no exception. Upon entering the parking lot, there were designated parks for dental customers. That was a plus. Entering the office I was greeted by a friendly and professional front office. The waiting room was clean and well organized. The wait was not long at all, even though, I arrived early. Each staff that provided service for my dental care was outstanding. Every procedure was explained. The hygienist and the young lady that took my X-Rays made me feel comfortable. This caused me to calm my nerves. They were both friendly, respectful, attentive , and professional.
I scheduled my next appointment before leaving. Thank you, Coast Dental, for a job well done!!!

I LOVE the morrow location!!! Everyone from the Lady at the front desk, the Lady who did my x-rays, the Hygienist and the Doctor were all Phenomenal and Wonderful people that gave Excellent customer care. It was such a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I have found my new home for dental care!

Although I had to wait close to 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Kari made up for the lack of speed of service with her patience and kindness. She was able to answer my many questions with grace. Dr Katz's upon entering was pleasant. It was nice to feel like a patient and not a line item on a revenue spreadsheet.

Great service from the time I made the appointment. Reminder and paperwork leading up to the appointment made the visit seamless.

First time visit. Front desk was pleasant & welcoming. I told the Dental assistant, Kira about a problem I have & she was extremely mindful, patient & offered a solution! Dr. Katz was extremely thorough from the exam to the explanation of my next steps. Kira’s follow up was great as well! It wasn’t a rush visit thanks to Kira I didn’t feel on edge about being there.

I love Dr. Katz and his staff! Caroline helped me with my financing she was great because I didn’t know how I was going to be able to afford the work that I needed but she told me about all the payment options…I recently transferred from their Alpharetta office because it’s closer to where I live. And Kira held my hand while I had my treatment because I’m a big baby. I thank everyone there. I would recommend them. Thank you all

I absolutely fell in love with the staff! I don't know what I'd do without Kira's calming, informative, reassuring voice as well as Mr. Will at the front desk with the positive vibes!! Dr. Katz is amazingly talented and patient and made me feel confident. I will definitely recommend to anyone!!

Everyone was so patient with me, the office manager Ann very nice lady great customer service oriented. My dental assistant Kari so kind and patient with me, she listens to all of my questions and concerns and gave me professional answers. The Dentist Dr. David Katz worked very well on my extraction although my tooth was a little difficult to be extracted he was very patient and carefully extracted my tooth. I truly recommend this Dental office. Very satisfied. Service is also quick.

Great customer service. Ms Ann is very helpful and friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure your insurance claims are taken care of in a timely manner. We have been patients here for about 8yrs and would not even think about going anywhere else.

I love Coast Dental! They really made sure I was well taken care of and the most important thing to me is THEY GAVE ME MY SMILE BACK!! I highly recommend! The Morrow office also! Both office have such a lovely staff😍😍😍

Dee was awesome, her hospitality was superb. She made me feel so welcome and carefully explained every step of what I needed to do with my treatment from start to finish. Dr.Katz was awesome as well. Great office staff. I will be bringing my husband back and sending other friends and family members.

This was my first visit and everyone was so nice to me when I arrived. From needing options as a college student, to making sure I was okay during my whole root canal process, they were great!
I would recommend them any time.
