Kroger

I was looking for Beetroot and could not find. I had been looking for a while and I got tired. I then decided to ask an Associate. I think her name was Christy. She was so very nice and helpful. She talked to Supervisor Bianca and they both assisted me and even had to get the very nice gentleman - Darryl involved. I got my beetroot and left the store in high spirits. They were awesome. Above and Beyond.

I am so impressed by this Kroger. Sooo much better than the one on Cleveland Avenue where I normally shop. Cleaner, better stocked, helpful personal!

**Mon 2/5/24 - Still Great As Ever!**

It's Kroger. Hasn't Changed Since My Last Shopping Trip In 2 Yrs. AS I Don't Shop @ Kroger. I Prefer Ingles & Publix, Cause Their More Convenient To My Location. Just Popped In Momentarily To Get A New Decal For The Car @ The Kiosk They Have Near The Entrance, So Was A Quick In & Out.

It is a wonderful place? Found what I was looking for the some.

Kroger Fresh Delivery is great for those who do not have a car or just do not want to get out and shop for groceries. The cute Blue/ White refrigerated trucks keep your items fresh and chilled. Drivers are very kind and professional. You must follow the instructions on how to setup your account and go from there. They have Shoppers to fill your orders. You can instructions regarding what/ how you prefer your meats etc. That's can be done in the Dropbox under your grocery items. Always remember Be kind to those who help you and kindness is given back most of the time. 🤗

There has been more than one occasion where I noticed this star employee, but Sunday 10/23, I knew I needed to share. When I see cashier, Hannah, I know that I’m in for a pleasant visit to this Kroger. I stand in her line regardless of how long it is b/c I know that she provides stellar customer service. She always greets me, smiles, & happy to help w/ anything— clean & super fast. This particular Sunday, they seemed to be understaffed & this girl was just about running the entire front of the house alone— happily! I saw her running around helping her coworkers & customers, all while maintaining a professional & warm attitude. Thank you, Hannah! Definitely need more of you.

Kroger has everything you need. My favorite grocery store. If you like fresh fruits and vegetables & well stocked shelves, a huge variety meats, chicken and fish to select from. Friendly and helpful staff to help you, Kroger is your place to shop. The only place I grocery shop.

They sell generic food and beverages. Big store with cheap stuff.

So thankful for Rosalyn and her assistant in the flower department. They created a bouquet for me at a very short notice and it looks amazing. Exceptional customer service by far. Thank you for saving me❤

I did a pickup order 4/28/22 (Thurs) for 5pm. I noticed that the receipt stapled to the paperwork did not reflect the same items and the same price. I advised the young gentleman that the receipt does not match the paperwork. Homeboy was mighty confused on what I meant so I re-explained. He still didn’t understand the full scope of my concern. I looked into my account and found out that they swiped my card for someone else’s groceries. Plus, I looked into my Kroger account and found out that my order was CANCELED! I called the dept for the Kroger pickup. I was on hold numerous times for him to come back and tell me that I had to bring the groceries back to the store. At this point, I was extremely frustrated! I told him that I was not returning the groceries and that I would like to speak to a manager. Now I am talking to a 4th person and nobody was still able to help me. Today, 4/30/22, I called back and was able to get a team lead over the pickup dept. Elaina figured out my concern and had a solution for me in less than 10 MINUTES! Thank you Elaina! These 5-stars are for you!

Great service at Kroger in Lake City. Thank you- to the bakery manager and staff for your beautiful Mother's Day displays. Areas cleaned and stocked. A choice of milk chocolate and dark chocolate dipped strawberries!! Delicious and freshly prepared. Keep up the good work Kroger!

Enjoyable non rushed shopping ,store has a friendly helpful staff.
On the negative side, they don't stay on top of keeping their bath rooms clesn as they should be. We have seen this s couple of timed. The MOD needs to stay on top of this.

They always have great sales going on. My favorite is the buy 5 save $5 mix and match. Its the one chain that carries my mother's favorite ice cream. Most of their staff are super friendly and ready to assist you with finding what you came for. Its clean. Self check out is usually a breeze if the store isn't busy. Doesn't hurt to check them out for yourself.

Great employees, and selections

Go there quite a bit for shopping and other services they now have a fuel island there so I'll definitely be doing more trading there.A quality company to do business with.plenty of parking handicap parking and drive up pharmacy plus it's part of a major shopping venue and there plenty of amenities you might need in all directions.Well worth the time to stop and shop there.

Great place to shop reasonable prices on a wide variety of products and pharmaceuticals, plenty of parking, also there's a feul island, gas and go so to speak, easy access from two different roads and not far from the interstate i--75
Plus there's many other amenities you might need in all directions thing's to consider when out traveling.

Allan is so friendly....helpful. He made me feel great coming into this store....give this guy a raise!!!! Ziona was very professional at the self checkout as well......nice attitude and positive energy

Most of the Employees Are nice, but every time I go in to Kroger in Morrow The Manager Sitting up Above Talking about the Customers,instead Checking The Store for Bad Food on Display.
