The UPS Store

This was a pleasant, simple trip to the UPS/FedEx. Vanessa, the notary, was professional, helpful and courtesy. The notary here is daily unless the Tara Blvd store which is a notary on Saturday, maybe, but usually.

Vanessa even helped me download my docs via email to get the docs needed to be notarized. Great!

You just find this type of experience in many Jonesboro, Riverdale, SW Atlanta, surely not East Point and definitely not many of the UPS stores.

We're going to make this UPS store our place for mail, packages, notary, etc. We were with the one on Tara Blvd near Kroger and with the exception of the young man, the store was unkempt, floor dirty, kids tear up needed papers, and the women leave a lot to be desire.

They were routinely unhelpful, unaware of services, and rude. Also you cannot get your Amazon or any delivery packages if it's sunday before 12noon or 1pm. Most unhelpful which is one reason why we're leaving that store.

We sincerely appreciated Vanessa & the other 2 women. Their professional manner, clean and tidy UNIFORMS, well-done hair and genuine kindness was so pleasant. Thank you all. The store was clean, smelled clean, their services are clearly posted and supplies are a plenty.

That type of customer care has become something of a lost art. I hope that never stops at this UPS store.

I would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge Jasmine! Each time that I have visited the store, Jasmine has always been friendly, courteous, patient and very professional! She displays a sincere caring demeanor when providing services to her customers! If they were to give an “Employee of the Day” award, Jasmine would win every day. Jasmine is a true asset to the staff of Lake City UPS!

First time at this location in Jonesboro Georgia. Dominica was very nice and very helpful and made the process so easy. Glad she was working today it made my day to move so swiftly and to be so helpful and courteous. The store is very clean and has all your packing needs. Check out my pics and video for more info.

Service is always fast and with the friendly face smile and conversation it always great to come to this facility. And they're always very helpful. I was even told about the hiring and I will input an application

This was my first time at this particular UPS Store. I was concerned about the atrocious ratings of the one on Mt. Zion Road and I consider the shift a positive one. I just had a return for Amazon and it took me little time to be seen, maybe 5 minutes engaging with the employee and the two women I engaged with during that time were warm and friendly. I'm considering this my default store despite the greater distance from home.

New owners!! A couple of weeks ago I went in expecting the old owners bracing myself Oh boy :) was I surprised to be greeted with a smile and very helpful people. I was informed this store now has new owners. They don’t charge you for tape if you need to tape up your package. I have returned to this store several times since then and enjoy stopping by.

I noticed the low rating on this store but decided to try it out anyway because it was close to my school. Tom didn’t greet me when I came in the store with anything except a nod, which is fine by me. I’m not here for a conversation, I’m here to mail a package. You have to tape it yourself or you can pay him to do it, but in my experience that’s how it is at every UPS store so I’m not sure why other reviews are upset with him for that. Tom helped me tape up my package for free after I bought a roll of tape (Tom said I could get tape at the local dollar store for cheaper, but I’d rather buy the tape here because you get what you pay for and I want my package to arrive to its destination intact). Tom did his job and did it well.

The ladies I have dealt with when going in the store, were courteous, and professional . They speak as soon as you walk in the door. Never had to stand in line or wait for a receipt. Good job.

I don't get out of the house much, but because of the covid situation in Australia, I couldn't use my normal mailing service.

The first time I came in, I just needed to drop off the package, but I was missing details. Anna was extremely patient with me as they explained what all I needed to bring back. When I came back, they put it all together for me in a clear envelope.

They also scanned some large drawings in the exact format I needed. Bc I have NO idea how to use the self serve machines at the other places.

The other employee, Konstanz, is also incredibly sweet! I love both of their energies and will definitely be coming back to this location!

Vanessa , Ana, Jasmine were awesome.

Anytime I go to this location, they always have great customer service & it is smooth and quick; whether to do a return or notary.

Everyone at the store is so accommodating and patient! This is my “go to store” when mailing off items for my business. It’s hard to come by nice and genuine people especially in retail! Thank you so much for your patience and hard work! It does not go unnoticed!

I've been using this store for some years now. I'm one of those last minute people who always seem to come in right before closing! I've never been turned away or received bad customer service. My packages were always on time!

Amazing service the ladies in the in the front were great quick and hilarious. Genuinely made my day. I can't wait to come back to ship agian 😄

I had great customer service. I came in with 7 boxes to shipped but they were not in proper shipping boxes. The staff repackaged all of my boxes on site for low costs without any complaints. Plus it save money if they would have stay original boxes. Staff extremely friendly

MUST READ This business is a family owned business under NEW management. Disregard the negative comments about the previous owner who was a guy with a thousand issues and nonchalant towards his customers which is true. These ladies were very, energetic, & professional. Now i can come back where it’s much closer to me 😊

I went to the store this weekend and Konstance and Ana were so nice. They spoke to everyone when they walk in. Very fast and friendly black owners. I will be telling all my friends and family to come to visit this store. I felt like family at this store.

A lot of older reviews mentioned the previous owner, who I found out today hasn't been there for years. The new owner and staff who helped me were awesome. No need to avoid this place anymore!

I love this Black Family Owned store. They are extremely professional and pleasant. I also get quick service here!
