Service from Kylee was amazing. She made some recommendations and was true to her word. The salmon burger was delicious with the sauce nicely caramelized on it. Brussel sprites as a side dish was also delicious however not spicy at all (was a bit concerned when I saw dátil on the name.) The poke bowl with tuna was amazing and delicious and very fresh and flavorful.

Stopped by in a Sunday morning. Glad we found the place. The staff is super nice, Bloody Mary was delicious.
I had "Grandpa's Special' and it delivered. The grits were creamy and redeye gravy was spot on.
Chicken and Biscuits with the datil honey drizzle was tasty but a little on the sweet side for my taste.

I accidentally left my review for the resort so I'll write it again here. The hostess Rachael was super sweet and helpful, kylee our server was also sweet and patient. Together they both helped us decide what we wanted to try on the menu and it was amazing!!! The tortellini add chicken and if you ask for it to be made creamier it is just perfection! The atmosphere is beautiful as well!

We visited on Thanksgiving evening. The service was phenomenal! The traditional meal was done very well. The head chef was overseeing everything with a close eye ensuring a good experience for all. He even "rewarded" my children with a small treat for trying one of the more adult items on the menu. We were very glad we spent the evening there and will definitely stop by again during a normal menu time. Definitely a recommend.

My wife and I had the ahi nachos and the coconut shrimp plate. The ahi nachos were unique and very tasty. The coconut shrimp was also excellent. The portions were quite generous. My wife also enjoyed a daiquiri. The wait staff including the bartender, the runner, and the waiter were all very nice and helpful. Hotel restaurants, in my experience, are hit or miss. Santiagos is definitely a hit!

Excellent service. We went for our anniversary breakfast and they provided us with complimentary mimosas. Highly recommend this place. Amazing food!

So incredibly delicious!! Best grilled Mahi ever! Served with fresh mild salsa and key lime tarter sauce, fish was cooked to perfection. With garlic mashed potatoes and veges that had a nice flavor. And grilled plantain. Beautiful presentation, this was seriously a delicious lunch!! Plus a great a ambiance it is in the cool Guy Harvey Resort. Another thing we like was although it is located at the beach there is plenty of free parking in front. Our server was great, very sweet and knowledgeable. We went on Tues. May 21. 5 star lunch we very highly recommend Santiago's!

My wife and I had our Thanksgiving dinner at Santiago's this afternoon. The food was great and the staff / server's were excellent. The buffet menu had quite a few traditional Thanksgiving items with a few new culinary selections as well. We didn't leave hungry or unhappy. Great Job Santiago's!🤓🦃👍👍

Don't be deceived by the location 'inside of' the outfitter store. Lovely space, comfy and clean decor, great staff. Food is very well prepared with a wonderful presentation. Will definitely return.

My daughter's and i stayed here and we really enjoyed it very much. The food was really good. The service was good and the room was really nice and up to date.

Amazing food, amazing server. Our server was Christa and we had the shrimp corn dogs and shrimp and grits. Couldn’t ask for better!

Recently stayed at Guy Harvey Resort in St. Augustine and the Santiago Florida Kitchen was a pleasant surprise. We dined there for 4 days enjoying everything we ordered so much that we decided not to take our chance elsewhere. Menu is diverse, but not so huge that you get lost; we especially loved the variety of shrimp dishes and breakfast items. Portions were large, wait staff charming, and bar service entertaining. Be sure to try the Chocolate Ganache Brownie, you'll have non-better!

The best food in St Augustine, ate there for almost every meal, only reason I didn't, Is that whole facility had a catastrophic power outage and damaged some kitchen equipment. Kaylee handled our party of 8 like a champ and Dennis was my server delivering my coffee and breakfast in the morning,
But they were awesome!! Highly recommended the calamari and tuna nacho, all breakfast plates was amazing

This place is awesome! Amazing food it came out quick great service if your staying near by definitely recommend!!

The hostess, wait staff, bartenders and cooks/chefs were outstanding! I stayed for 5 nights with my Mother in law and we were treated like Queens! Food was fantastic. Portions were more than ample. Thank you for giving us a vacation and experience to remember.

We ate there a couple of nights.
One night it was the fresh catch (red drum) fish & chips; the other night, we split apps: calamari & fish bites & wedge salad.

The service, all around and each night was great!!
The Fresh Catch Fish &Chips: perfectly light breading, and a great sized portion. The fish wasn't too dry, it was nice and flakey. The fries were a bit over salted, so proceed with caution there.

The calamari was phenomenal!!
Truly the best either of us has eaten in the last few years. Delicate, fresh, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was a compliment to the calamari, rather than a hinderance.
The fish bites were equally delicious!the portion size was enough for two to assemble a meal (as we did) and the breading was light and well flavored.

A must try!!

The food was delicious especially the blueberry muffin. Delicious coffee and great portions.

All i can say about this place is wonderfull, the food is so delicious the mixes flavor it make a boom into my mouth, the server there are so kindfull. I really get a awesome experience.

Amazing dinner food, service, and atmosphere! We were lucky to go on a night they had live music, and it was phenomenal 🙌 we visited to celebrate my wife's birthday, and they made it extra special. Our server was energetic and friendly, and made sure everything was to our liking.

The tuna poke bowl was amazing, service was top notch. If you are in the area you should stop in!
