CVS

Went in for my Covid booster and Kadesha (K) was the one to administer and it was painless, she was awesome, hardly felt it go in. All the pharmacy staff was very helpful.

Staff I'm pharmacy and at front register are always helpful and kind. Also we'll informed.
The pharmacists generally are helpful but not all are always knowledgeable and will give you a run around sometimes. I'm am now on my 3rd! week of trying to fill a 30 day prescription. Last week I went to to fill a normal monthly med. No luck- insurance and they would not allow me to pay myself. I thought this was America!
The saga goes on. Again they need Another okay from insurance. 1 is not enough!

I had 2 rx that were waiting for pick up in CT. We came down for vacation and i forgot to grab them. The ladies here were awesome. I tried transferring them from CT to here in St A using the CVS App. Which didn't work. The staff were able to find them in the central system and "grab" them from the Ct store and had them filled here.

All 3 were nice and professional and certainly understanding of my situation .

I am very thankful for everything

The staff have always been sweet to me and I’ve never had to wait in line (except at pharmacy, which does seem a bit understaffed) due to the self checkout registers. They always r stocked in all my favorite snacks too!

Went there for a COVID booster and the check in process for if you scheduled online was easy! There was a five min wait but no lie the pharmacist who administered my shot was amazingly quick. He was a bit quiet but had me surprised because I hardly felt the needle.

1/8/2022 we are visiting from PA. I need to refill my CVS prescription. I waited a short time in line for the pharmacist. I was greeted with "how can I help you"? I relayed my need and was referred to the prescription drop off counter. A friendly lady took my information, and within a few minutes told me I would be able to pick up my prescription 24 hours later. This store is socked very well, and is clean. I also purchased a product from the front counter, and the young lady there was also friendly. NOTE; As I am from PA, I was very apprehensive to come into this pharmacy due to some VERY NEGATIVE comments posted on line about this store. I had everything positive in my experience. I will return for any of my needs.

The pharmacist Jason is very good and he does everything in his power to help the patient and customer and the community is lucky to have him working there.

I went here specifically for a sale on soda and sugar free candy. They did not have Coke Zero or much of selection on sugar free candy or anything in the food department and complained to the manager. He wrote me a personal email apologizing for the inconvenience and explained that as a small beach location they don't get the same things as other stores. He said he would ask his vendors if they could get what I was looking for! Not that is some great customer service and management!

I have been with this CVS for aprox, 6 years. Everyone is amazing, specially the pharmacy staff, always so professional. I’ve heard CVS is more expensive, I’m a loyal customer due to their great customer service!

I was saddened to find that this pharmacy had such a low score in reviews. I love this CVS and everyone works very hard here. They got me my prescription fast and bonus:! They have a red box!

Walked in for a Covid vaccine with no appointment ( because the website said it was an option) for my 12 year old and waited to “check in”, only to be told by the pharmacy technician that it wasn’t available. She didn’t offer to help me make an appointment and her cold demeanor expressed that she truly didn’t care. As I was walking away saying that I would try to go to Walgreens, the pharmacist, Mellie, stopped me and said if I was willing to wait that she would give my child the vaccine as she had a cancellation earlier and didn’t want to waste an opportunity to administer the vaccine to a child that needed one. Thank you, Mellie! I would’ve given 5 stars but the technician’s attitude was in need of a change. I realize that pharmacies are under immense pressure, stress, and dealing with the public, but even a little bit of “nice” goes a long way!
