Lucky I called this place as we were traveling and needed a place for a couple of nights. They were extremely nice and helpful. They had a beautiful place available with a view of the ocean and within walking distance (less than 2 minutes). Also, our condo was right above the pool. The place was very roomy and clean. I recommend this place to everyone. We will visit again.

The staff at Coastal Realty were super helpful when we stayed in St. Augustine last winter. It is great to have someone right there to help with any issues, even small ones such as how to use the DVD player. We are so happy that Linda has found us a place for next winter - we can't wait to go back!

Patty Amantea has taken care of us for a few years and always does a great job. We love the complex we rent in and hope that we can continue to rent the same unit. But if not, there are others that are nice as well. We love our stays in St. Augustine and will keep coming back twice a year!

I always feel welcome when I call or stop in. St. Augustine is a place I will always include in our vacation destinations!

Jamie at Seaside at Anastasia has been a dream to work with before, during and after our stays. Even with the many individual renters she encounters at Seaside during the year, when contacted she remembers who I am along with what condo I am referencing. Jamie's personal touch and her professionalism definitely help to make for a very enjoyable stay.

I have stayed here two times and every time has been a great experience. Very close walk to the beach and all rooms have beach view. Looking forward to coming back the end of July with my family.

We have rented from Coastal for 5 years. The staff is courteous & accommodating. They make every effort to make the rental experience a pleasant one.
