La Fiesta Ocean Inn & Suites

My husband surprised me with a weekend stay. After looking at several reviews, and the price, he made his choice. I must say, it was lovely. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, which he wasn't expecting.
We had the first floor facing the ocean. Our son is disabled, so first floor is a must have. The walk to the beach is accessible for a wheel chair, up to where the sand starts.
We were not able to see the ocean due to the dunes but we heard it.
We used the pool and it was fine. The water was warm and our son enjoyed it.
Breakfast was a different experience. We are offered a choice of "light fare" from a card that we fill out and the order is delivered to our room. This isn't a bad option since we ate on our patio, but in my opinion, the offerings could be more.
The location was great with a grocery store right down the road. Also, it seems to be in a quieter part of town while still having dining options within walking distance.
I liked it and might stay again, if in the area.

Absolutely amazing experience, worth every dollar spent. The room was clean and gorgeous with a view of the ocean. Heated pool open until 11.. private beach access. whoever said it barely qualifies as a 2 star hotel clearly ain’t stayed in no two star hotels. Cheryl at the front desk goes above and beyond to help. She has a warm welcoming personality and great sense of humor and honestly the place is just a vibe. Thanks !

I discovered this special little jewel almost 40 years ago, when I had an infant daughter and a tired husband after a long drive from Kentucky, headed for southern Florida. I recently came back to celebrate my 70th birthday with friends. The ownership is different, but the charm remains. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms large and comfortable. The best part of course is the proximity to the beach -- and Publix, restaurants and downtown. It's so nice to stay at a place with personality -- and not a chain. It's old Florida, with updates. The employees are all very kind, and we loved having yummy breakfasts delivered to our room. It's safe, clean and everything one could want from a little piece of beach heaven. This past trip, the owner/manager was very accommodating in moving our party of three from one to two rooms. The place is not the Ritz -- thank goodness! But it is everything you could want for a relaxing, wonderful time at one of America's most beautiful beaches and historic,delightful towns. I will keep going back, again and again!

Rooms are very clean with updated decor and very spacious. We had a room with a side counter / microwave and fridge (not stocked) .. the place is next door to mini golf and offers a discount. There are 2 pools on property and private beach access. Only giving 4 stars for service because when we ordered breakfast it didn't arrive during the requested time and had to wait before leaving property. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place as an alternative to fancy brand name hotels.

We LOVED this place! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, great location, just a great beach stay overall. We had an ocean view room for 5 nights and could not have been more satisfied. I found this place in the Frommer's Easy Guide, which always has good suggestions.

They are always keeping things fresh and strive to please their guests. The entire hotel staff is professional, kind and do whatever they can to make your stay pleasurable. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. You are steps away from the gorgeous pool area and just a walkway away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! The breakfast is delicious. 🐣 Very close to everything and always so rejuvenating. This is a must stay if you are in Saint Augustine Beach. 🏖

We spent two nights here and the room was clean and orderly, the breakfast was tasty and delivered right to our door, and we walked to the beach through flowered gardens. The staff was very personable and attentive.

This little hidden gem is incredible! The staff is outgoing, full of knowledge and they made me feel welcome the moment I arrived.

They deliver a quick breakfast to your door. You simply choose what you want, hang the order on your door and they fill it the next morning - try the scones ... my favorite!

The private beach access is spectacular - go out early to catch the sunrise.

Try this place - it was a blessing, a surprise, a wonderful get-away and I am already planning on a return visit!

I really can't say enough positive things about La Fiesta! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mrs.Jones at the front desk was particularly sweet to me and my family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well furnished. We were given cards to fill out and hang outside out doors to order breakfast each morning and the breakfast is delicious! I especially recommend the scones. The beach access at the back of the property is easy to get to and is well-maintained. The price overall was very reasonable for the location and niceness of accomodations. You're just a few minutes drive from downtown St. Augustine and the famous Lion Bridge, but you're still in an area that feels remote enough to be relaxing.

This will definitely be my new go to stay when visiting St. Augustine!

Above my expectations,very pleased with everything friendly service great location and the room I booked was even more than I expected from pictures. I honestly can't wait to come back

Fantastic place to stay! Entire staff was very friendly. Great location at the beach and close to restaurants, mini golf and more. Love having breakfast delivered to my door each day. It was delicious and just what you need to start the day. Pool is clean and a comfy temp. Great place to relax!

It was my first time staying here, and it was within walking for several places I visited so that I didn't have to bother with driving.
My only complaint was that the hot water wasn't hot enough.
They did a wonderful job with their holiday decorations.

Just had to visit St Augustine beach on this trip to FL from Texas to see family. Picked La Fiesta because of being on the beach, and the positive reviews. We were not disappointed at all. Absolutely loved the short walk to the beautiful beach, room was comfy and nice.... did leave the doors open a bit when we first arrived as the foo foo odor of the room freshener was a bit overwhelming, but that dissipated after letting some fresh air in. The bed, room and linens were clean and fresh and plenty of towels!
The pool was really nice, clean and welcoming. My friend does early morning water work outs and although it wasn’t “open” for guests quite yet, the staff was kind enough to accommodate him.
The included breakfast offered and delivered to room was great to not have to rush out to a restaurant.
Will recommend the LaFiesta, and if back in the area certainly stay again!

This inn is perfect for a few days at the beach. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, and if you pay for the larger room you get a delicious hot breakfast brought to your door. Beach access is easy and the pool is well maintained.

The special little touches the establishment adds is the best! Clean rooms, beautifully manicured landscaping, clean pool, kind staff...I will be back!

Our first time visiting and we enjoyed our stay. The pool and surrounding area are beautiful. Lush tropical plants and a relaxing fountain. We stayed in a pool area room with a king-size bed, microwave, and mini fridge. We thought the breakfast delivery was genius. My husband is hungry for breakfast as soon as he wakes up. I enjoyed in room coffee as well as coffee in the lobby 24-7.
We would definitely stay again

We came here labour day weekend September 2022. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is steps to the beach, the walk way is beautiful and they also have an outside shower to wash off the salt and sand! The outside pool was huge and open late! The minigolf beside was so much fun!
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were big with a fridge table chairs two beds ! Perfect for my family.

This was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We had a reunion here and it was perfect. The trolly stop is in front of the hotel, the mini golf next door is a blast, the kids had so much fun at the pool. Restaurants all around and walking distance, or a great place to pick up food and enjoy a meal with the family by the pool in the evening. La fiesta is right on the water with great beach access. Breakfast is delivered and included with your stay made to order and delivered right to your room.the staff is friendly and helpful and happy to help with anything you may need. I would recommend la fiesta to my friends and family. 5 stars
