B & B Trailers and Accessories

I just got my tritoon trailer back from B&B Trailers and it was yet again another great experience! These guys really know thier stuff and the price almost always comes in lower than the quote. They inspected the trailer and added these guides to help with loading. I have been using B&B for several years, great location, amazing staff and the store front has just about anything you need for trailer and towing repairs and accessories.

I purchased a new 2023 Winnebago Micro Minnie 1800BH travel trailer. The dealer is three hours from my home. Things didn’t seem right to me regarding the weight distribution hitch the RV dealer installed.
I called and spoke with James on the phone. He was very courteous and listened intently to my concerns. He referred me to Ryan in the service area. Ryan set me up to come in the next day with the trailer and the tow vehicle to insure the WDH was properly set up.
Ryan made the corrections for me while I watched and he explained everything.
I now have reassurance that my towing system is properly adjusted.
I also had interaction with Aaron and David as well. They are equally as professional.
The whole experience was positive and I’m thankful to have these guys in my local area.
I’ll be back for my axle maintenance when due.

We were staying at an airbnb and had no idea where to get a hitch receiver installed so we picked this business because of their reviews. I’m so appreciative that they were able to schedule us for the next day and install everything so quick! We had a very erratic schedule because we were buying a home out of state but they were very patient and understanding. They were able to set us up so we could move during the weekend. Their prices definitely beat having to rent a truck or a van for the move!! They have absolutely earned their 5 stars!

I needed a hitch for my camaro for my bike rack. The guys at B&B were so friendly and easy to work with. I had a weird schedule because I was moving out of town but they worked with me to find a time that was easy for me. They not only put the hitch on, but also put my bike rack on.

I want to thank Ryan in Service for getting us in to his already busy service schedule on such short notice when our new 20' travel trailer encountered a brake problem while we were traveling from our home in Little River, SC to Ft Myers. Thank God we had a stop in St. Augustine is all I can say. Luckest thing ever for us! Our repair tech, Matt, was awesome. Totally appreciated his professionalism and courteous service. Gave us the bad part and explained everything in detail. We can't say enough about B&B Trailers. They really saved the day. 😊

Caring people. Even though I didn't buy anything, Allen took the time to explain how a weight distributing hitch will help my towing experience and made sure I understood how to install it properly. Will be coming back with any other towing needs and parts. Thank you!

Took my car hauler in for routine maintenance on axles. They were very helpful and thorough. Aaron took the time to put me at ease by going over all that was done with me the next day. Very happy with this place and will continue to use them for anything related to trailers . Fast service done properly.

Everyone at B & B Trailers is always very friendly and helpful.
Ryan went out of his way to help me when I had trouble by-passing my brake when backing up. In fact, I had trouble remembering after I got home and called there. He got on the phone and walked me through it.

Excellent service! Working on starting a new business and needed to add a trailer hitch to my vehicle. After some research on what was needed and cost, Ianded here. I had ready purchased the hitch itself to be installed by another but the fell through and B&B let me bring it in. Everything was installed and it looks great! Fantastic customer service!

I recently brought in a 45 foot goose neck trailer for my employer needing to be re-floored. Not only did they do such a good job the trailer looked brand new when I picked it up, they completed the job in just two days. Excellent work, and I would highly recommend B & B to anyone.

Just spoke with Brian today. I had submitted a question online on a Sunday. He returned my call on Monday and asked a few questions to help further identify our needs. He was wonderful to speak with and very knowledgeable. It is nice to have good customer service and get the customer what they need.

Fast, efficient, and friendly service! We were in town briefly and needed our 5th wheel hitch adjusted before heading out on a 3 week trip. We were greeted by a professional and empathetic staff that squeezed us in at the last minute. I got a double jet ski trailer from B&B and Ryan and his team went above and beyond to get the best fit for my skis on a Rocket trailer. B & B is a class act. The staff is incredibly professional and helpful, the place is squeaky clean, and they do quick work. It’s so refreshing to find a top notch local business. This really was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a business in a long time.

Getting my hitch took several weeks (new model) but once it came in, the appointment was quick. Installation took less than an hour. ALL staff were very courteous and helpful. Then a couple days later they had to make an adjustment as the heat shield was rubbing the hitch, and they were swift to determine the cause of the new noise. Wonderful place for hitches and trailers

So awesome. I had a horrible day with finding out I had a bad drag link coming off my steering box with only 47,000 miles on my 2019 Ram 3500. I also had a minor issue with no interior cargo trailer lights. The truck went to Atlantic Dodge for the repair. Afterwards I went to B&B to diagnose the lighting issue. Without having to pay out even more money than I already did this day, they found a blown fuse and replaced it for $5.00. Happy guy now.
