Hagan Ace

I gotta thank Mitch for assisting me with a warranty claim on my Hobie. No muss, no fuss, easy. Within 20 minutes I had a thumbs up on the claim.

There’s always trepidation over these things. It’s pricey but the inquiry is cheap. It’s Hobies call by the way, not the stores.

Great store, heck cool place to just wander around. The kayak section is growing as is the fishing and outdoor gear. Ya want a knife? They’ve a few.

We live in Vilano Beach and from now on we will drive out to this location and bypass our local one that is only 2 miles away! Fantastic in every way and adored the home town feel. Loved the pictures of thier family business, on the walls.

I prefer to shop local and will always come here before Home Depot any day of the week! Friendly helpful staff, great assortment of merchandize, great Garden area (check out the awesome Rapa Nui Moai planter I got) and who doesn't love shop cats. Keep up the good work!

Had the wheels I needed. Nice selection in a manageable size store. Also not just hardware.

Tammie was very helpful getting our 30 foot cable and explained how to use it properly.

Great staff and customer service. I go here, especially when I need something out of the ordinary. Highly recommend them. They're always willing to assist you in whatever way they can.

When I walk in and ask where something is, they help almost immediately and they know what they have and where it's at. No waiting for someone to TRY to help you 🙂 They are great.

They're so friendly. I always try to get my datil pepper starts. 🌶 The koi pond is so nice I could just hang out there all day.

I have never had a bad time at an Ace Hardware in this town! I love the variety of plants (which is mainly what I go to Ace for) and how well kept the outdoors are. I appreciate the pleasant and knowledgeable staff as well! Always a great trip.

I went in to find the light bulbs my office needed and didn’t want to get the wrong things Tim was super helpful and even carried them to the register for me. I forgot my credit card and had to go to the car and was gone awhile so they put them up. Once I was able to find my card I went back in and Tim went and grabbed exactly what I needed and carried them out to my car. The cashier was also very nice. The staff at this location is always so helpful and treats the customer like guests.

I went over for pesticide free native pink swamp milkweed and it was on sale for $4.99/pot! They had a very nice selection of plants and flowers, bushes, tropical plants and shrubs along with herbs and pepper plants. I will definitely go back next spring.

All the employees really know their stuff.
