Family Dollar

I hadn't been in this store for a while. It has been totally remodeled and is immaculate and well stocked. New manager and it shows!

Place is always nice and neat. Tommy is the best employee! Always goes out of his way to help us when we need it. Always a friendly with a ready 😁 smile!

I’ve been a frequent customer of family dollar for the past few years we moved into the south so I go to the family dollar in the old save-a-lot plaza. I have to say the store has done a complete 180 in the Best possible way (since new management a couple weeks ago). Sometime in May I went in to grab a few things, I was waiting at the front register(ringing the bell) for almost five minutes for the girl to come up(not apologize) she was just annoyed that I had interrupted her break. BUT Now I go in, There is significantly more employees, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! I believe it was Tom who helped me last night because one of the “smart coupons” wasn’t working, and it just makes such a difference when you have good customer service!

Great place to get essentials quickly

Ms. Catherine, who was working at the cash register tonight went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. This was the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Ms. Catherine was so smiley, giggly and cheerful, she did not hesitate or bat an eye when I asked for her assistance.

Family dollar has what you need, even if you don't know it until you see it. I come here to complete my hurricane supply box with asprin, pepto, coconut face wipes, deodorant and pedialyte! Of course I always end up getting more than I came in for, but that's ok cause it's family DOLLAR!

Katherine,Jessica, Dani, Diamond and Julie are always kind and courteous. Store is always clean, however, it seems that the items they have are always almost out or out. I am under the impression this is a corporate issue and they should resolve it.

The Family Dollar way way more cleaner than my hometown one in Palatka, Florida on Hwy 20! The parking lot sparkling clean compaired to soiled diapers and needles!! If I could afford it I would drive this far!! Putnam County Florida needs change fast!! It needs it now!!

Store was neat. Shelves stocked. Found really nice Easter cards for $1. Cashier Jessica was very helpful and so sweet.

May not be perfect but you can tell the one gentleman employees there all the time really cares about his job and the store I prefer this one over all the other locations in town
