Beachfront Bed & Breakfast

We really enjoyed this relaxing and welcoming B&B just past the dunes on St. Augustine Beach. It is located in a very quiet area with no high rise hotels or condos to detract from the beautiful setting on the beach. The rooms and the entire property inside and outside were clean, comfortable and well maintained. The historic hunting lodge main building has been preserved with modern renovations including a sunroom where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning prepared by gracious staff. The gardens were beautiful and invoked the feeling of being on a tropical island, especially since we had three very breezy days. This is the spot for privacy and feeling pampered at the beach!

They have a wonderful location. Highly recommend this property. Fantastic pool as well as easy access to the beach. The staff were all so courteous and helpful. Breakfast was top notch and delicious. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. We are looking forward to staying here again.

What a gem! We stayed at Beachfront for a 2 night getaway and loved every moment. The property is gorgeous with all the flowers/plants, pool immaculate and wonderful lounge chairs and a short boardwalk to the beach. All around the area are wonderful spots to eat…A1A taco shop and Stir it Up are our favs! Most special is the actual house and friendly staff. Our room was cozy and spacious, decorated beautifully and well stocked. Amazing breakfast in the morning and loved talking with Andrea and Cindy (our fellow Floridian). We are leaving but have enjoyed our time and will be back many more times! We have already shared the spot with several friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful find. The location is great - out of the busy downtown area and right on the ocean. It was so wonderfully decorated and CLEAN. Finding an older building (1940's) so well cared for is fantastic. Andrea does the cooking and cleaning with love - she told us she loves her job and it showed

Here we can say that we escape from everything, a quiet and relaxing place with everything we need, divine spaces to read, have a relaxed conversation or simply listen to the sound of the sea, the charming building preserves its original construction appropriate to current needs, the attention of their managers is as if grandmother pampered us, they cook delicious and are always attentive to serve you, help you and please all their guests. You hope to return every weekend.

This was a fantastic getaway! Service could not have been better. Breakfast every morning at 9 was homemade and delicious. You could really tell they care about all their guests. Great views out the windows. We met Lauren, the owner while we were there and she was very nice. We will definitely be back!! We'll worth it.

Perfect location right on the beach, walking distance to restaurants. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Staff is very friendly! The place has heated pool, hot tub, and a great miniature golf course next door

We had a wonderful stay at Beachfront Bed & Breakfast. Cindy and Andrea took such great care of us and made us feel so welcome. They went over and above to make accommodations for my food allergy providing an alternate freshly prepared breakfast when I was restricted from the regular menu items. The room (Surfside Suite) was clean, comfortable and felt secluded. The pool and beach access were top notch along with comfortable outdoor seating areas to enjoy the view of the dunes and garden. We will definitely make a return trip in the future.

100% THE BEST. Our 6 night stay was so relaxing, the ladies that made our breakfast every morning were amazing! So friendly. Met the owner she was sweet and kind. Close to everything, beach was a min walk! Pool was beautiful, rooms were spotless

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Cindy truly helped make this even more amazing. Was skeptical with so many good/great reviews we didn’t think it was going to be that good but we were pleasantly wrong. So much privacy. Clean relaxing and spacious pool, nice hot tub (even used in July!), beautiful gardens and ground. Fresh beach and pool towels daily. Andreas breakfast every morning with coffee and juice! Private parking. They think of the little things too to help make your stay relaxing and special! 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!! Julie & James - Lighthouse room.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. We stayed in the beach house which was so comfortable and relaxing!!! They have breakfast each morning at 9am prepared by Lauren. Different entree is served each morning based on the day of the week. From French toast, waffles, omelettes, eggs, sausage, parfaits, muffins, scones. Coffee, teas, OJ and fresh fruit were daily accompaniments to breakfast. You will not be disappointed!! My adult son stayed in Sail Away which is on the same property very convenient to the house. His room was very spacious and really had room to move around. Screened in pool house (with hot tub) and large refreshing pool. Quaint, intimate and very private!! Wonderful experience all around.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a beautiful property, clean room and friendly staff. Hope to make it back for a longer stay in the near future!

Such a wonderful place. We stayed in the Island Oasis and couldn't have ask for a better place to spend 3 days. My wife and I both loved every minute of it From the check-in, meeting new friends thru check-out was such a breeze. The entire staff and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Cindy does such a wonderful job with breakfast. its a perfect 10!!!We will definitely be staying here during our trips to St Augustine.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Cindy is the BEST host! She has such a passion for caring for others & definitely made our trip such a wonderful experience! We stayed in the Lighthouse Cottage! But after being given a tour of other rooms while here…. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the main house! Beautiful views of the beach & delicious breakfast & coffee. Staff assisted us with getting our trolley tickets… even offered to provide us with an umbrella to use on the rainy day! Amazing experience! Will recommend to our family & friends!

We couldn't have been happier with the beachfront bed and breakfast! The room was big and comfortable, breakfast was unique and delicious everyday. Also, the beach and multiple shops/ restaurants are a couple min walk!

Stayed in Island Oasis room top floor of Main house. I perfer this room instead of the "Oceanfront one's because it was quite & nice tub/shower with excellent bed! Could view beach & my truck!

Easy access to beach & pool + hot tub was a big bonus.
Breakfast was excellent!!

Quiet and Charming. We loved the location, the staff, the rooms(only 8 rooms) and the Pool. We visited for the fourth of July and had the delightful Pool to ourselves several times! The "no children" policy ensures this Beautiful Property is an oasis of calm in the busy St.Augustine beach scene.

Wonderful space, fabulous breakfast, hospitality above and beyond. Great find for a relaxing couple of days at the beach. I would highly recommend! Comfy bed at night, quick walk to the water, beach towels, chairs and umbrella available … even had several books to choose from for a mental health day on the sand.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Beachfront B & B 3 weeks ago and it was the most relaxing vacation ever! First of all, Lauren, the owner, the all of the ladies who work at the resort were phenomenal at making everyone feel at home. Our suite, the Island Oasis King was comfortable and beautiful. The homemade breakfasts were scrumptious. The location was perfect. A 2 minute scenic walk to the beach, so close you can come back to grab a bite or use a bathroom!
But most of all, it comes down to the people. Thank you Lauren and your fabulous team, Kim, Cindy and Christie and Cinan. We hope to see you all again one day and we thank you for a wonderful vacation.
